From the moment I met Moshe, he stood out from the other contractors from whom I asked bids. He is not a salesman but a knowledgeable contractor who knows his stuff. What you see is what you get. No BS. Moshe were always there, when I asked for help and offered suggestions when he saw I was out of my depth. His high energy kept the job at a quick pace. Our kitchen was in desperate need for an update, but we were putting it off for years. A slow leak under the sink made it a priority as everything needed to be replaced. We interviewed three companies. It came down to two. I wanted to go with the other company, and my husband wanted to go with Construction Masters. What cinched it for me was Mickey and Moshe. They asked me questions I hadn't thought about it. They suggested ways of getting more space. Mickey said he would go shopping with me to choose what was needed. They answered all my questions and never once made me feel like I was bothering them. He also said that he could make our short deadline. Sold. Mickey and Moshe were on it. Work was started shortly thereafter, with Mickey or Moshe coming by or calling most mornings, full of energy and happiness. Even my puppy fell in love with them, who continued to answer any and all questions. Workers showed up on time, were very friendly and respectful and were real craftsmen. They listened to my questions and when I needed to make decisions were very patient with me. Through the whole process I was advised what was going to happen and when - and it did! There were no major surprises and no major costs that were unexpected. We got what we asked for, how we asked for it, when we asked for it and at a price we agreed to. Mickey and Moshe also found simple few things that would make our lives better, asked if we wanted them, and then didn't charge us for the cost of doing them (such as asking if we wanted an outlet outside so that we could close a window we had run an extension cord through, putting door stoppers on to preserve our cabinets, etc.). He saw stuff in a way I just would never see it - and I am so glad he did. I am SO happy that we found Construction Masters. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone and will use him again and again for all the other "someday" projects around the house that we have.

My family worked with them in the past and recommended them for our kitchen in July. The project was very well done. Two things that stood out for me working with this company, was their timing and the quality of the job done- they were prompt in starting and finishing the job and the result is awesome. One day after the meeting they sent over a to do list and comprehensive pricing specifics. I always have a problem finding good quality Contractors, too much fraud around, so I took a chance with these guys. Mickey was on time for the estimate which is a big plus to me. Mickey took time to check my 2 bathrooms and Kitchen. My bathrooms and kitchen haven’t been remodeled for 30 years. Mickey offered me several suggestions about the layout. I decided to go with them and very happy I did. Mickey made sure the workers kept everything clean and understood what had to be done. After they are finished they will properly clean up, throw debris in the garbage and leave your house with a beautiful new kitchen and bathroom! We interviewed three contractors before making our selection. Moshe stood out then and he never disappointed us. There were never any surprises. He responded to all of our texts over a two month period within 5 minutes. If there was a problem, the answer was "don't worry, I'll take care of it". And he did. And the end results were beautiful and easily passed City inspections. Cannot say enough good things.

I called Construction Masters to come out and give me a quote on converting my garage to an ADU. Mickey came out to take a look and measure. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the laws regarding codes and permits. He asked me questions and then made suggestions for the layout and walked me through the process After receiving the proposal, we decided to go ahead and I was very happy with my decision. We remodeled 3 full bathrooms. Moshe and Ruben were very responsive. They visited the site often and always answered the phone or otherwise quickly returned calls. The contract price was fair, and all changes orders were reasonable. They also had great contacts for subs that could make custom cabinets, shower glass, and fabricating for countertops. That made it that much easier. We are very happy with the end product.

Since it is now legal to convert your garage into a living space, we decided to turn it into a studio that can be leased. We chose Construction Masters because we were very impressed with Moshe and Mickey’s knowledge. They offered us different suggestions and we were able to come to a final agreement. They were very meticulous in managing the project. Moshe and or Mickey were there every day to check on their workers and walk us through what was going on each day. They mentioned everything we needed to buy and sent us to their suppliers where we were able to get their contractors discount on everything. Since everything was permitted properly, we have square footage added to our home. Now we have a beautiful living area that has added value to our home. Not to mention an income as well.

We decided to replace our 32 year old roof and after choosing which style shingle we contracted Construction Masters for the work. Mickey and Moshe were referred to us by a friend and their work was highly regarded by more than one source. In addition to changing the roof we had Construction Masters fix some of the failing wood trim and chimney caps. We also had Moshe and Mickey install two roof vents for two bathroom fans, not part of the original construction that I later installed myself. In addition, we decided to incorporate ridge venting which would keep our attic passively cooled. Now our cooler attic translates to cooler upper level floors to combat those hot summer months. The roofing team worked well together, and all the work was done on time. The new roof looks great. I admire it while walking the neighborhood. This roof will last for a lifetime. We recommend Construction Masters to a couple neighbors already. Mickey and Moshe are very personable, very detailed in their work, and you will be happy with your new roofing project when they are done.

Due to a family emergency I had to put my remodel project on indefinite hold. However, Moshe was extremely professional during the planning stage. We met to discuss the project and after spending time at my house and providing insight and suggestions, he presented a very reasonable and thorough estimate. He was on time for our meeting and was flexible with time to meet When, and If, I am able to go ahead with this project I will not hesitate to contact Moshe.

We hired Construction Masters to remodel our kitchen. The best construction company we've ever dealt with. Our kitchen is amazing, and the process ran smoothly. We've been remodeling our old house since we purchased it a year and a half ago. Unfortunately, our first contractor was dishonest, leaving us with unfinished and unsafe work. So, when we met Moshe and Mickey, they met with extremely skeptical clients. Moshe and Mickey really had to step up to prove themselves...and they did. Good help is really hard to find now at days. When we purchased our home, we did so knowing that we would need to do a ton of work. The only difficulty that we encountered was that we had our hearts set on a set of cabinetries from Washington and planned on shipping it here. Not only were we looking for a contractor who would be willing to assemble our cabinets but also someone to do a complete tear down of our kitchen. A lot of contractors out there were not interested in assembly if we didn't purchase from them directly. Thank goodness we found Mickey. Not only was he quick to respond to our initial request for a quote, but he came onsite a few times to walk us through options. He was very straight forward with costs for each project, so we weren't surprised with a crazy bill in the end. If at any time Mickey and his crew needed to purchase any items to complete our project they provided us with detailed receipts. One of the great things about working with Mickey is that he has someone for everything. As the kitchen remodel took place, we started to slowly tack on other projects - new recess lighting, a new bathroom, tile flooring, replacement of fixtures, hanging doors, installing appliances. He had someone for each and every request. He is completely straight forward with us in terms of pricing and how realistic our visions were for new projects and addon’s. Construction Masters and crew were extremely professional, they got the work done in the promised timing and were respectful of my home during the entire remodel. They cleaned up after every project and made sure to tidy up as they moved throughout the house. In addition, they were very respectful of our time, they arrived promptly each day when they said they would be here so there was no leeway and waiting around for them to arrive. Since the completion our first big remodel, we have had a few smaller projects that we needed around the house. I do not even need to hesitate on who I need to call - immediately Construction Masters and Mickey are the first that pop to mind. Mickey is easy to reach, whether it’s by text, email or phone. Construction Masters did a great remodeling job for our new home. They completely demolished the kitchen and created a more open floor plan which includes an island and a walk-in pantry, replaced all flooring, remodeled fireplace and minor upgrades throughout the home. We are very satisfied with Mickey and his team. His crew is trustworthy, patient and extremely reliable. Mickey cares for his clients and cooperated well with us even when our timings moved due to vendor delays. The workers cleaned up well after their day and are very friendly and accommodating people. We were staying in the home during the last few weeks and not once felt uncomfortable with them being around.

I called Construction Masters to convert my garage into a guest house. Mickey Cohen came and took measurements. He also asked us detailed questions to make sure that he understood what we wanted.
