Construction Masters

Moshe and his team are just awesome! They are super professional, clean and quick. They know exactly what needs to be done and do it in a seamless manner. We had a tub installed into our kids shower. Without having to do a complete demo they made it work and looks like the tub was always there. Our kids are so happy with there new tub! The kitchen and bathrooms are beautiful now. I'm sure we will enjoy all of Moshe's work for a long time to come. We will continue to use all of Construction Masters services. We recommend him to anyone wanting the best.

This is the second bathroom renovation we have done with Construction Masters. The first one went so well, we went ahead and contracted for the second one. We now have two bathrooms that look like they belong in a magazine or on HGTV. Everything went well and on schedule. Rueben is wonderful, responds to every situation. His crew and subcontractors are professional and very nice to work with. Nothing is too much trouble. He is mindful of our budget. We are very pleased.

Moshe and his crew did a great job on the project. As an engineer I have seen lots of contractors work and his is second to none. Construction Masters has an acute attention to detail and got the job done in a timely and efficient manner. We were trying to fit a square peg in a round hole by building a new stairs to an attic, and with Moshe?s skill of craftsmanship and code knowledge he realized what was a very difficult task under a lot of pressure. This ability to think on his feet and creative problem solving will mean that I will be using him again.

Ruben and his crew from Construction Masters were a delight to work with. The house was in escrow so we were under extremely tight timelines. We had a tenant in the house so work could not commence until the tenant moved out, shortening the time line for the repairs. Work commenced on Tuesday and completed on Friday - as promised. The quality of the workman ship and professionalism of Construction Masters was outstanding. We are now using them for our primary residence kitchen remodel and will again next year when we remodel our bathrooms. Every time I called Ruben I received a response within 15 minutes. Ruben is a dedicated project manager and we highly recommend you ask for him to be your PM!

Construction Masters is an awesome company to work with. Ruben, the project manager, was the person we met with first to discuss what we needed to have done in the shower/bathroom. He listened very carefully and offered very helpful suggestions. After that we went through the house and showed him the other things we wanted to have done if our budget would allow it. We never discussed the budget with him because in the past we have had work done and it seemed that once the budget was disclosed the charges kept adding up until the budget limit was reached. Even though Construction Masters had excellent reviews we wanted to see what they thought the job(s) would cost. At the second visit Ruben was accompanied by Moshe who is the company owner and we again walked through the house and bathroom to discuss what we wanted done. Mosher also had helpful suggestions for the projects. At the third visit Ruben came with the quote for the work to be done. The quote was divided into multiple parts to cover the various projects we wanted to have done. This way we could see what the various projects would cost and decide if we could afford to do all of them or eliminate some. Each portion of the quotes went into great detail about what was to be done, what they were going to provide (labor and materials) and what we needed to supply. Without knowing our budget in advance their quote was almost exactly what we had budgeted. Ruben is an excellent project manager...he kept everyone on schedule and explained to us each day what was going to be done the next day so we would know where they would be working. Since we had never done a project of this size before I had this picture in my mind of everything being done one room at a time.....boy was I wrong. Some days it felt like everyone was everywhere. They were very accommodating to the fact that we had to live there during all of this and we have 4 escape artist beagles to keep track of. All of the workers arrived at 8:00 am sharp. They were all very professional and courteous. All debris was cleaned up each evening before they left and was hauled away by them. Victor, who I believe was the supervisor, was excellent. Ruben took me shopping for all the materials we needed to provide. He always kept me focused on the task at hand and never let me spend too much for anything. He became my friend rather than just someone working for me and kept me sane during this process. He is a very cheerful person and never got annoyed no matter how many times I made him go shopping with me. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. Both Ruben and Moshe are men of great integrity. The work was projected to take 4-6 weeks and was finished at the end of 6 weeks.

From day one everything went well. Ruben, project manager, was always on time and followed up daily on workers and progress. Took us to tile/granite suppliers and assisted with our tile/granite selection, made suggestions for faucets, and accessories. Moshe was also super helpful with design suggestions. Workers were professional and on time and cleaned up properly. We were absolutely delighted. The whole project took exactly 4 weeks. CM worked around our schedules and coped very well with large dogs in the house. We highly recommend Construction Masters and as soon as we have recovered we are going to have them renovate our second bathroom.

We decided to update our powder room with a beautiful pedestal sink which Moshe installed and was able to match our existing tile on the floor to patch up the extra space. We had them install pavers in the driveway. What a difference it makes to the curb appeal of our home! Moshe was very precise in asking me about the layout of the tiles. He recommended a diagonal pattern. He really pays attention to every detail to ensure that we will be happy and we are. Thank you, Moshe, Once again for an excellent job.

The bathroom turned out beautifully! The designs of the liner and shower niche are gorgeous. Tom came with me to the tile store to help me choose the materials and design. He showed up every day to make sure that everything ran smoothly. I called Moshe over a month after the job was completed to tell him that one of the tiles in the shower chipped. He sent someone out to fix it the next day AT NO CHARGE. Excellent construction company.

This was the second time that we used Construction Masters. We called Moshe right away when we decided to add more light into our living room and hallway. He came out to give us an estimate (very reasonable price) and we told him to start ASAP. The quality of workmanship and ethics is unsurpassed. We would never consider calling anyone else.

Thank you for my dream kitchen. We contacted Construction Masters to remodel our kitchen just expecting to update the cabinets and counters etc. Moshe and Tom came out to give us a free estimate and not only gave us some really good options which we never thought of, but made us a custom drawing on the computer. They suggested that we open up the wall leading to the living room, expanding the kitchen area and allowing us to design a new layout including an island with an extended counter on one side, creating a barstool eating area. They installed ceiling fans in all of our bedrooms which helps at night when we don?t want to leave the air on. The workers cleaned up every day after they finished work and the job was finished ahead of schedule.

Very professional and patient. I called Construction Masters and spoke with Moshe who came out himself to give us an estimate. He asked me a lot of questions to make sure that he understood exactly what we wanted and got back to me with a drawing of the proposed patio. The quality of the work was excellent. The crew was punctual, clean, and patient. They didn?t blink an eye when I asked them to take the paint back to the store to add more blue. Would definitely use again!

I called Construction Masters for an estimate on my kitchen. They sent Tom out and I was surprised at the time and attention that he gave me. He designed a new layout for the kitchen cabinets on the spot, gave me a ball park price and then came back another time to present the finished proposal to me. I hired him on the spot and they started work the next day. The kitchen turned out beautifully, and the edge detail on the mantel is amazing. I didn?t think that we would need new molding after the installation of the new floors but it just didn?t look right so Tom told me to buy the material that I wanted and installed it at no extra cost. Good, honest people. It?s very refreshing to see good old fashion service today. Thank you Construction Masters.

They were with us every step of the way. Ruby came with me to the granite yard to help pick out the slabs and also the plumbing store for the new bathroom fixtures. He was supervising the job every day and made sure that everything ran smoothly. The job was finished earlier than promised. Thank you Ruby and Moshe for excellent work and service.

Job turned out beautifully. Originally, we were going to refinish the floors but Moshe explained that it is difficult to match the existing with the new wood floor that we were going to have installed in our master bedroom. He also explained that the cost to refurbish is almost as expensive. We appreciated the opinion and honesty of someone that has been in the business for a long time. The crew moved and covered our furniture and put everything back. Ruby was there to make sure that the workers cleaned up every day after painting. As much as we are happy to have the job complete, I think my wife will miss Ruby’s jokes the most.

Moshe Cohen did a amazing job on our bathroom. Not only were his fee's reasonable but the was perfect. He helped us adjust the project to fit within our budget and was always willing to listen to my concerns. My bathroom looks like it's in a movie. which is exactly what I want. Moshe also remodeled other parts of my home, in order to upgrade the general feel. I will be remodeling my kitchen and I'm going to use Construction Masters!

Ruben was the man in charge and he kept everything organized and scheduled on time. The project began 12/1 and was completed 12/10, exactly the lenght of time Ruben told me to expect the job to last. Ruben was very helpful and went with me to Home Depot to select the tile and give his advise on what I needed to buy. All the other workers were very prompt and knew their jobs. William was the young man who installed the tile floor and he did a really nice job! The tiles were laid down in a diamond pattern and it looks great, very even and clean. ! I'm very pleased with the jentire ob and the end result is a huge improvement! I would definitely recommend their services.

We had thought, for quite a while, that it was time to upgrade our very cramped kitchen. We had some ideas in mind, but felt it was best to solicit suggestions and get some quotes from local builders. After having received appraisals from two other companies, we decided to move forward with our project utilizing Construction Masters. Our project included: Complete demolition of our current kitchen including the removal of the wall separating the kitchen from the living/dining room, thus creating an ?open-concept? environment, Adding an additional 75 square feet by extending the front of our home, building a new porch, and re-locating the front entrance, creating a new entranceway from the current hallway to the new open-concept area, Re-surfacing our current hardwood floors to match the new flooring required by the extension of the front of the home, Removal of all ?popcorn? ceilings, re-painting all rooms, and adding crown molding where desired, Re-roof on the entire house, Kitchen re-build included the addition of new sink and hardware, new stainless steel appliances, new granite countertops, the addition of a new island, recessed lighting throughout the new addition, new flooring, new cabinetry, all required electrical work and plumbing installs, and new windows throughout. The Construction Masters crew were prompt, personable, and each very knowledgeable in their respective specialties. We are extremely pleased with our newly upgraded environment, and cannot say enough positive things about Construction Masters for any project you might be considering.

Crew was always on time, very considerate and did excellent work. I would highly recommend Moshe and his team to anyone. Tomer was an excellent project manager! He was always very patient. He sat down with me at my dining room table and explained on the options we had. There were so many things I didn't think of that Tomer mentioned. He took me to his supplier and helped me choose all the right materials. Not to mention he gave me his contractor discount. Construction Masters is my construction company for any remodeling I will do in the future!!!

Moshe was fantastic!! Construction Masters was one of two bids that I got for earthquake retrofitting on the foundation of my older house. Moshe was patient, polite and professional when explaining the work that needed to be completed, and even took photos of the foundation to make sure I understood what the job entailed. I instantly felt comfortable with Moshe and his team, so going with Construction Masters was an easy choice for me. The work took about 2.5 days and was completed ahead of schedule. They were on time every day, repeatedly checked to see if I was comfortable with the noise level, and confirmed that my hot water was working before leaving the house for the day. At the end of the job, Moshe gave me the blueprints of the work that had been completed and even recommended a structural engineer to further enhance the stability of the foundation. Moshe and his team were the epitome of professionalism from start to finish. If your home requires a foundation inspection, foundation repair or earthquake retrofitting I can't recommend them enough! OMG, what can I say that is not positive about Construction Masters? Absolutely nothing! They were amazing from start to finish. Tom spent so much time with us before we even signed anything. He made us a complete kitchen design and changed it several times as my wife could not make up her mind, which Tom said? that is the purpose of seeing a layout on the computer before we start work so that she can envision her perfect kitchen?. What a patient man! The fun doesn?t stop there. Once the work started, It did not stop until the end. One professional crew after another. The tile crew, electrical crew, plumber and cabinet crew were all amazing. They really paid attention to detail and listened to our concerns. Moshe and Tom were there every day to make sure the job was done perfectly. I could not ask for more. I would use construction Masters again in a heartbeat.

Moshe and Ruby came out to give me an estimate and I knew immediately that they were the right ones for us. Moshe?s experience really shows and it is very comforting knowing that he truly understands how the plumbing and electrical work. It is the difference between having a salesman come out and a contractor who knows. The team was there every day until the job was finished. Ruby, the project manager was there every day to make sure everything ran perfectly. We had forgotten to mention that we wanted crown molding when signing the contract. Moshe said that he will do it for no extra charge. What a true gentleman and a man of his word. Thank you Moshe and Ruby for a beautiful new bathroom.

Very professional! Tom spent a lot of time with us on his initial visit explaining the process and giving us ideas. He accompanied us to the granite yard to help us choose a slab. The process went smoothly and quickly. Either Moshe or Tom was there every day making sure things ran smoothly. Would definitely recommend Construction Masters again.

By now, most of our townhouse has been remodeled by Moshe and his excellent crew. He first completely transformed both the master bath and the guest bathroom. We left him the keys to the house while we were on vacation and his folks really went to town and made incredible progress working around the clock the week we were gone. The plumbing in the entire house had to be re-piped, so we had Moshe take care of that as well during the bathroom renovations. The work was clean and professional. They patched up all the dry wall and even re-painted to get our walls and ceilings back to their original condition. We then decided to build a patio/deck and also install crown molding throughout the house. Moshe took care of that as well. Moshe and his people are really professional and incredibly punctual. 8am actually means 7:50am to these guys. Imagine a contractor actually showing up on time and respecting your time?! They don't finish the job until you're completely satisfied with their work. Moshe is not pushy and will respect your budget, but he will also make good recommendations to get you on the right path if you don't have realistic expectations. Overall, it was great working with Moshe and his great crew...and I'll definitely use him again for any future project.

I highly recommend Moshe and his team at Construction Masters. I recently purchased two rental properties which needed updating. I had a very short timeline and tight budget. Moshe and I figured out a list of the improvements that would have the biggest impact and a budget that made sense, and then he got to work. He remodeled my the kitchen and one of the bathrooms in both houses. He was very responsive and responsible throughout the process. He worked with me to find design choices that were beautiful while keeping an eye on the budget. It's rare to find a contractor who will encourage you not to spend where you don't need to. As unexpected issues arose, he took care of them. He has a great team and a great eye for design and quality workmanship.

I?ve used Construction Masters in the past to remodel my bathroom. They did a wonderful job so I called them again to remodel my kitchen. They put in new cabinets and countertops. They also did electrical work and painting. I am very happy with their work as usual! I definitely recommend them and I will use them in the future.
