Construction Masters

After much searching and pondering on the market, we hired Construction Masters for the job. ? Moshe and Tom are truly amazing in every single aspect of the word. They assembled the best crew for the job, and words cannot express how satisfied we are with the job. Walls were erected, lights were attached; ceilings mapped and floors laid. Crews were polite and worked at a reasonable pace. Issues were solved in a very timely fashion. Services were super on-point even after the construction. Serviceman showed up hours after a phone call to address a debris problem. Above everything else, the communication was always punctual and precise. Tom made sure to fulfill the needs of his customers. As far as pricing goes, it was fair pay for fair job -- every step was precise and every permit was obtained. This is a very legitimate establishment. From material, labor to legal -- they cut no corners.

We decided to update our kitchen and front of the house windows. Our budget was fairly low, so we weren?t able to change the cabinets but the custom granite counters really made a difference. My husband did a lot of research, and Construction Masters reviews were stellar. He called other remodel companies, and they didn't even have the courtesy to return his calls in a timely manner (if at all)! Ruby came out to give us an estimate and was very considerate not to go over our budget and didn?t try to sell us extras. He was on top of everything, making sure everything ran smoothly and our home was kept clean. Thank you to Construction Masters for being a good old fashion company.

Based on some of the reviews on this site and a few others, I decided to go with Construction Masters for a bathroom and kitchen remodel. At every step of the way, Tom (the project manager) let me know what was happening and was always responsive to my calls and feedback. The rest of the team at Construction Masters did a great job as well, thanks to Moshe and all of the others. Even when there were issues, Tom and the Construction Masters team were always willing to step in and make it right. Tom and Moshe were very helpful and have even provided advice and assistance on other construction issues unrelated to their work. I would not hesitate to recommend Construction Masters for any large construction jobs and will definitely be using them again whenever I have another project.

I?ve done a lot of remodeling over the years and have not had the best experiences. I liked what I read about him on Angie?s List so I made the call, and spoke with Moshe. Super nice, very knowledgeable, and really cares about our needs. Usually, the two words you never use together, Integrity and Contractor, but, in this case, Moshe is a person, who does possess the highest standards and integrity. After speaking on the phone, we talked about time line, trying to make sure there is no dead time, no work, being done on our remodel between subs. Moshe coordinated the plumber, electrician, drywall repair, appliance installation, gas line moved, with the fabricators timeline. We did not have one dead, "non working", day. Everything was done to the highest standards. His sub contractors were equally nice, competent, knowledgeable, and all, without exception, had the highest praise for Moshe. I've never heard of Subs, talk about their Contractor, with this much respect, and it is well deserved. Thanks again Moshe, you made our remodeling experience better than we could ever have anticipated. Would I recommend Construction Masters? YES, I would HIGHLY recommend them, without question, for any remodeling needs.

My extremely ugly kitchen was in desperate need of an update so I reached out to several remodeling companies for ideas and estimates. I liked Construction Masters vision for my kitchen the best and while their estimate was not the cheapest, it was the most detailed and seemed to leave very little room for any big surprises. Moshe and Tom provided me with excellent guidance, took the time to make sure I was comfortable with everything, did very high quality work, and finished the project within budget. Everybody that was involved in my remodel was very nice, professional, and such a pleasure to work with. I am very pleased with the beautiful contemporary kitchen they built for me and I?m looking forward to working with them again on future projects.

My mom needed some work done on her patio. She had an existing deck which ended up having to be replaced. Instead of the deck we went with patio work. My mom wasn?t sure what she wanted. Ruby gave her options and was understanding, patient and just great about the whole thing. The workers cleaned up after working, were on time and did a great job. Moshe and Ruby returned calls and emails promptly. .This company went above and beyond to do the job correctly and to our satisfaction. We have a contractor for life.

I highly recommend Tom from Construction Masters. He is professional, arrives on time prepared with his 3D program and most importantly he performs the work very consciously with great attention to detail. You can trust he will estimate the job fairly and consult on what materials are needed. We actually went together to select the tile and plumbing fixtures. We have a beautiful new kitchen that includes an island and walk-in food pantry. We are so happy. Thank you!!!

Moshe was the general contractor on the complete remodel of our Santa Monica home. His expertise turned our claustrophobic out dated popcorn ceilinged home into a modern, open floor planed masterpiece. All of his subcontractors were excellent, everyone was on time, and we passed our inspections with flying colors. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Moshe for any project, big or small.

This is the second time I used Construction Masters this year. I decided to change my old sliding doors and had custom made French doors installed. It adds so much charm to the house and the low energy efficient doors should keep the cold out much better than before. I didn?t want to spend too much on the bathroom so Ruby advised me to install a pedestal sink saving on cabinet costs and they managed to re-install the existing toilet after changing the tile floor. It really makes the room look bigger. It has been such a pleasure to see Ruby every day making sure the job ran smoothly. I really miss having him around to joke with. Well, what can I say? We were so happy with Construction Masters that we just had to update our powder room to match our new kitchen. They finished remodeling our kitchen back in September and we were overjoyed with the results. My wife decided that the powder room needs to be updated, so we called Moshe and he did his magic. He installed a pedestal sink with a bowl sink, porcelain tile floor and got rid of the wallpaper and installed stone on the walls. Tom took my wife to the plumbing store and helped her choose the sink, faucet and bowl and if that wasn?t enough, he accompanied her to the tile store to choose the porcelain and stone. Lucky me! Thank you, Tom. You guys are the best.

Last year we did some work before the holidays and it looks like we have started a new tradition. We decided to get rid of all the carpet in the house and install wood floors. Ruby met us at the wood show room and helped us choose a beautiful cherry wood. We were nervous about having to move all the furniture and the possibility of the house not being ready for the holidays. The crew moved and covered the furniture from one side of the room to the other and into the hallway at times. They were very careful and clean and finished a week ahead of time. We need to start saving for next year. I highly recommend Construction Masters!!!!!

Wow! Moshe and the entire team that work for construction masters are amazing. They have remodeled my kitchen, main bathroom, guest bathroom, and the master bedroom. They have done a great job. Second - time customer. Moshe did such a great job that we decided to change the counter tops in the kitchen and add recessed lights throughout the house. Excellent job, efficient workers and done quickly. Moshe, thank you for added value to our property.

We were so happy with our new powder room and closet that we decided to upgrade our kitchen. We decided to go with semi- custom cabinets to save money but they couldn't look any better. We had a wide range of styles to choose from and ended up going with a classic shaker style cabinet. Moshe came with us to the granite yard to help choose the granite and did a superb job fabricating and installing our counters and backsplash. The crew was very professional, always on time and cleaned up after themselves. They installed all our new appliances. Absolutely no complaints.

Moshe and his team are amazing. They came to my house couple of times to provide me with free estimate. He explained everything to me and my wife with details. He has incredible taste and he did a great job in our kitchen and bathroom. He also worked with me on the fees and cost. It was absolutely incredible experience working with construction masters. This was a rental property so we needed to keep the cost down. Moshe was very considerate and helpful in suggesting what was necessary and how to update the house without spending an arm and a leg. We are very happy with his great service. Moshe and his crew did an excellent job in a very timely manner. We will be calling again in the near future....

Our guests were having to use the hallway bathroom ,which was shared by my sons. Need I say more? We thought that we would have to expand to make room for the new powder room but Moshe suggested that we turn the entry closet and expand to the hallway. It looks beautiful and like it was meant to be there. The job ran smoothly and quickly. They also expanded our master closet to a walk-in closet with an island. Jacob, the cabinet maker, did a beautiful job and was very attentive at listening to our needs.They were able to match the existing floors to save us money. We could not be happier with the results of our new kitchen. We were thinking of doing a straight kitchen remodel (new cabinets, counters and appliances) but that was before we met Tom. He recommended that we knock down the den wall and open up the kitchen allowing room for an island with an extended counter for bar stools. The cabinet design is perfect. Tom had the idea of closing off a window allowing us to put a large food pantry. He was able to show us the layout on his computer. The custom cabinet crew was a pleasure to work with. They listened to our needs and were able to give suggestions like: pullout drawers and a lazy Susan in the corner. We also had a new iron railing installed to replace our old wood railing. Everything was done with care not to damage our existing floors and staircase. They put plastic down every day and were always on time. When we decided to have the tile in our entryway installed in a diagonal pattern instead of straight, there was no problem and no extra charge. VERY HAPPY CUSTOMERS!

Tom came out the first time and spent 3 hours with us, working on a custom design for our kitchen layout. He has a very good eye for detail and a lot of patience. We are very happy with our choice to use Construction Masters. The level of customer service and honesty is unsurpassed. When I changed my mind and decided to add another glass cabinet door on the upper corner cabinet, there was no problem. Moshe wanted to make sure that we were happy and got everything we wanted. The painting crew was thorough, quick and clean. I give them 6 stars.

Ruby was there every day to manage the crew. They were professional, clean and on time. I was worried about damage being caused to the existing cabinets when they removed the old tile but everything went smoothly. I would definitely use them for my next remodeling project.

We did not ultimately use Construction Masters; however, it was in the running and it was a close race. We felt the price was reasonable and comparable to other bids, and we thought they were prepared, professional and punctual during our consult. I cannot rate the "Quality" criteria above as no work was done, but they did give me a very good first impression.

Moshe has remodeled my Kitchen recently. He did such a great job because he totally redesign it on his pc. Glad I listened to him about installing very thin tiles for the splash by the sink and above the stove. Made a big difference.He also installed dark hardwood floor, painted the walls off white it's truly beautiful.

Moshe remodeled my Downtown LA loft from the ground up---new kitchen, new bathrooms, new walls, and all new electrical and plumbing. Everything was top notch and completed on-time. Moshe kept us up to date on all phases of the project was on-site most of the time, and his subs are first rate. They are willing to perform all tasks, not just the big ones. This is an easy recommendation---use Moshe and you will not be disappointed. Prices are fair, communication is honest, no hidden costs and the results speak for themselves. I will use and recommend them again.

They did a smaller job for us...then we were so impressed we had them do our Kitchen and bathroom remodel. Bottom line, these guys know what they are doing but FAR MORE IMPORTANTLY, they take pride in their work. It's a rare combination (and the job was actually done when they said it would be). I have zero hesitation wholeheartedly recommending Moshe and his team.

This is our second time working with Construction Masters. The first time we worked with them, Mosheand team gave our newly purchased home's living room and bedrooms new life with scim-coating, painting, and crown molding. After they were finished every one of our family and friends came into our house raving at "what a great job they had done". This is exactly what we were looking for, and Moshe delivered. So, after that great experience, we decided to have Moshe and the rest of the team help us with the complete bathroom remodel of our home's main bathroom. Moshe and Tomer took the time to listen to us and help us figure out what we wanted to do with the bathroom space. We thought we knew what we wanted, but after some great discussion and consultation from Moshe, he came up with a different layout of the space, and it worked out perfectly. We love, love, love our bathroom. Moshe is the one you want when it comes to work being done on your house. He is attentive to the details, listens to you, and wants you to be happy. He is always very responsive with his communication. Whenever we had a question or concern, he would respond with a phone call or text within the hour. Moshe and Tomer team go the extra mile to make sure you get what you want, and then they go that extra little bit to make it even better!!
