Description of Work: Asked them to install a "kill" switch to prevent car being stolen again. They did not do that type of work but were able to give me a name and telephone number of a party that could. They were very professional and frank, also helpful in finding someone to do the work.

Description of Work: She explained what was wrong with my A/C and why it would cost so much to fix. She looked for alternative means of fixing the problem for less money. She told me honestly that for the age and mileage on the car, it was not worth fixing.
