The customer service is excellent. The facility is always clean. The greatest part is that they have a Starbucks! All of the staff that I have come across are very polite and courteous! I will continue to be customer here for years to come.

arrived to the dealership and they did fine job of listing my complaints. I left the dealership and returned later at the time they stated, but ended up waiting several hours till the car was finally fixed. My complaint about Longo Toyota is not w/ the service but the scam they attemped. My car was fixed, a tire was repaired, however makes me wonder if the repairs were truly needed since they attempted to change my cabin filter saying it was dirty when it had in fact been changed one week prior. When I revealed this to them the representative went to the mechanic to check and just stated it was due to papers being in the way and the mechanic didn't really check to see if the filter was dirty. hmm Longo will not receive any more business from me.

I have one service guy that I go to all the time and he knows my car and knows my concerns and he addresses those concerns all the time. That is why I go back to him. I usually have my car serviced every 5000 miles religiously and I have been happy with their work.

When I told Tom Ryan the car wouldn't start from cold unless I pressed the accellerator part way down, he knew exactly what the problem was. The car is now starting perfectly again. I let Tom know that, after the repair, there was a tiny ink stain on the front center arm rest. Tom took my car to their professional detailers who removed the stain in just a few minutes. I bought my Avalon new from Norwalk Toyota in 2002. I complained about a creeky noise in the back of the car when I test-drove it, but the salesman and the regional sales manager promised that the service Dept would repair the noise if I would buy the car. After several attempts, the service Dept at Norwalk Toyota had failed to repair the noise and the manager of the service Dept said there was no noise. Then I took my car to Longo Toyota where they successfully repaired the noise and I have been going to Longo ever since. Tom Ryan is the best.

We came away with exactly what we wanted and it only took about an hour. It was really fast! We went to buy a car not to barter or look around. It went really fast and it was just a great experience. Longo Toyota runs like a well oiled machine. They only had about five cars in stock of that particular model and we still got the color that we wanted. We paid full retail for the car but it was fully loaded. I couldn't be happier with the quality of the vehicle. We only dealt with them once because they're so terribly far from where we live. I'm a very honest person. I wouldn't say anything that I don't truely believe.

Longo Toyota has competitive prices and their warranties seem to be similar to other companies. I had a tire that was less than a year old that needed to be replaced and they replaced it at no cost to me. They stuck by their word and they are very honest.

Longo Toyota has been working on our cars for almost ten years and they have been great. We can make appointments in advance and they do things in a timely manner. Any repair work we've had has been done right. They are very punctual and responsive. The staff is very easy to deal with and they are very friendly.

I had a horrible experience with Longo Toyota. They would quote a price and charge a different price. I was very frustrated because it seemed like they have gotten too big and did not have good customer service. I had to return three times for them to get the repair right. When I took my car there for a recall they tried to have me pay out of pocket for the repair. I will never go back there to have my vehicle serviced.

It is a huge dealership that is extremely well run, and my experience with them has been very good. We bought a new car and a used 2003 Camry for our daughter. Her car had done 6000 miles, and it was spotless like a brand new car. We haven't had any issues with it, and it is now the routine maintenance. My husband has a Toyota Tacoma, which is a very good car. If we buy another doctor, it would be a Toyota. At other places if I go in as a woman alone, I am always put off by the attitude of some of the service people. Out there it is very professional, and I feel the woman has a lot of car dealerships. Many women come in with their cars, and we have been happy with their sales staff overall and service. Their service advisor is wonderful.

Contacted the Longo Toyota Service Department to replace a timing belt. Was told by Victor that they were currently running a special on that particular repair. It would only cost $269. The other company initially and they had asked me if I would be interested in getting the water pump replaced at the same time. They said it would not be done for free since that part of the vehicle would be pulled apart already at that point. I mentioned this to Victor who replied there probably would be no need to do that since they do not usually fail. (My truck has 85,000 miles). I ran it by my husband later and he wholeheartedly agreed. A few hours after I dropped off the vehicle, Victor called me. He wanted to know if my husband would agree to replace the water pump and some drive belts. According to him, the water pump was "leaking like crazy" and the belts were really dry. I said ok I guess if the pump was really in bad shape - I was not so sure about the belts and would try to contact my husband - but make sure they give me the old water pump and belts to me since I am beginning not to trust the whole thing at this point. When I returned to the dealership, I saw they also had done bogus replacement of anti-corrosive battery pads. When I complained that I had not been told about that job, they did removed it, but the rest of it (also included a thermostat which I would have said no way of I was thinking clearly) really inflated my original $269 bargain. They charged me $112 in labor for the water pump that the other company would have put in for free (when I asked them "why" - Victor said it was some sort of Toyota rule that they had to replace the coolant etc and that was what I was being charged for - wouldn't the other company have done the same thing and how much does coolant cost anyway???. They did go back and give me the "leaky" water pump. It had some corrosion or glop on it. At present, we are wondering if it was really ours (the truck did not ever need anti-freeze since we live in a frost-free place and the truck has never shown any signs of even slightly overheating even when I go up high passes-so it does make one wonder). To be fair, I am not sure what to think about the water pump, but I really do think I was ripped off for the installation cost and the other stuff they added on to the job. My husband was on a plane at the time so I could not ask him about the belts which it turns out is a really easy repair for him and the battery anti-corrosion pads? - he just laughed. He said they cost about $4.00 at any parts store etc. and are more trouble than they are worth since our batteries do not usually have any corrosion problems. Needless to say, I am not planning to go back there in the near or far future and next time I need a repair, I will go to The other company in Pasadena who were at least up front with what they were thinking (they also have done a lot of reliable work on my sister's cars and there is never any bogus padding).

I bought my Prius about two years ago, when there was a waiting list for them and all the dealerships were charging extra for them. This is the only place that didn't over charge for my vehicle. I had a very pleasant experience with the sales team! The guys who did the tinting were also very nice, but sometimes the wait to get service done is very long. They are aware of this and offer to take you to the movies which is a nice treat.

I went on a Sunday without an appointment and was promptly served. The service was relatively quick and I was able to relax in the waiting area with Starbucks coffee (not included in service price). The price to repair my tire was lower than a price quoted at a tire place. Also, I got a free car wash too. I have been using Longo Toyota to service my Camry for ever since I bought it in 2006 and I have been very satisfied with their service and competitive pricing.

They do very good work. They are very professional and have excellent customer service. I always deal with the same person, which is great because it leaves a personal touch. They have a great waiting room and transport vehicles if you need to leave while your vehicle is being worked on. They will give you movie tickets if your vehicle is being serviced for longer than 2 hours, but you have to ask for them.

This dealership is really the best. I drive 1 1/2 hours for them to service my vehicle. If the car is going to take longer than 3 hours, they will take you to the movies and pay for it. They are willing to offer transportation to the mall or job if necessary. In the dealership, they have a full service coffee & sub shop. They have always done a great job on my vehicle as I have the utmost confidence in their pricing and work. I purchased the vehicle from them, which I have been quite please with.

I cannot say enough nice things about Derek and about Longo in general. This was out first new car purcashing experience, and we were very impressed with Derek's level of service, expertise, and particularly the lack of B.S. as another reviewer put it. No haggling on prices, very clear about delivery dates, and also very accommodating when our financing was delayed. We negotiated the sale from out of state and Derek's staff delivered the car to our home. A++++. Would go back again.
