They were excellent, I like them very much and will be calling them again. He told me what was going on with each one. Showed me some of the stuff he got out in his bucket. It helped me a lot because I am now more aware. They were plugging up. I really appreciated him, very nice man. He was accommodating and I feel like it was worth the money and probably more. I am super pleased, I had some really plugged drains. Water was going everywhere. He fixed it, the next day we had another rain storm and I could look out and see everything draining just wonderfully. It was just the one man that came and he was here for a little while. I don't know if it was an hour or an hour and a half. He did a very thorough job, I don't think it was two hours.

After talking to Kelly on the phone, he made an appointment to have someone come between 1 and 3. He called the evening before as a reminder. Jason called at 2, to say he was on his way. Jason was very clean cut, polite, dressed in a uniform and driving a company pick-up.. He blew off leaves from the roof and then cleaned the gutters. He did an excellent job and cleaned up all the leaves from the ground. If Jason is an example of the employees at Sierra Vista, I will definitely have them back to do more work.

2 months ago, I hired Sierra Vista to clean my gutters. The young man did a fantastic job. Also he was punctual and very pleasant. Today, I called and told the owner that my downspouts were clogged and had been for several weeks. The owner came to my house within 45 minutes and cleaned the downspouts and cleared the gutters of a ton of new spring tree debris. I hadn't even thought about that being the culprit. He didn't charge me, which I really appreciated. I'm so happy with this company, that I'm going to hire them to clean my windows.

Excellent--I would definitely hire them again. They were very professional. They were to come at 8:00 AM; however, this particular morning, there was ice on the roof. The technician called to see if he could come at 9:00 to give the ice additional time to thaw. He was very, very punctual. He reassured me that he would do an excellent job--which he did. In the end, he told me exactly what he found and asked me if his work met my expectations and if their was anything else that I wanted done in cleaning the gutters. I, of course, said "no" and thanked him for his service. The cost was $250.
