They were very prompt and communicated well in making the appt. The guy also was prompt, in fact early which was great. He did exactly what he was hired to do, but really, not one extra thing. The deal was power washing up to 1500 Sq. ft. My house is 800 Sq ft, and I had to ask him...after he had already moved his machine up front to finish...to power wash my shed, which is right next to and attached to my house by my patio. I also didn't anticipate that he wouldn't clean up one thing that came off of my house. Maybe it wasn't part of the deal, but really. Maybe company could make that very clear at the beginning so I knew what to expect.

Very well. I purchased an Angie's List deal to clean the gutters which were packed full of granules loosened from the roofing material, dirt and leaves, all of which made a substance like thick sludge. The rain water was running over the gutter tops rather than through the downspout and it was also beginning to look like I had a roof garden! Kelly took pictures before and after and it was clean as a whistle. He scheduled me quickly, arrived on time, and is a polite, friendly and professional young man. I would definitely use Sierra Vista again.

This was an urgent issue since water was backing up towards house. Sierra Vista came out immediately and cleared all debris and made sure water was draining properly. I would hire again.

Company responded same day and resolved issue with overflowing gutters. We appreciated that they made time to take care of our issue immediately. Pricing was very fair.

He did a great job. They didn't add to it at all even though the square footage of my house was over what they had estimated. After he got here he realized that because of the layout of my house, etc... it was relatively straightforward so he didn't charge me anything extra. He was very good and he was very quick and very clean. He was terrific. I'll use him again for sure. He was perfect. The promptness and courtesy.
