As an experienced cleaning service, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Our trained and professional staff will perform the highest quality work at an affordable cost. All power washing is performed by highly trained and efficient staff. All roof, gutter, and downspout cleaning will be performed with the highest level of safety and precision. Our staff will provide before and after pictures of every cleaning. Our window cleaning professionals are courteous, prompt, and streak-free, wearing shoe covers and using drop cloths as they leave your windows sparkling. We have worked hard to be very highly rated by our customers and we highly value our customers. Our power washing services include an exterior home wash, patios, driveways, walkways, lawn furniture, gazebos, and much more. Our window washing services include both interior and exterior, vacuuming and cleaning tracks, wiping down frames, and washing screens. We also clean skylights and solar panels. Our gutter cleaning services include removing loose debris from the roof, cleaning gutters, clearing downspouts, and cleaning up any mess that we make. Description of Work: I have rental property that I am preparing to sell. The windows had not been washed in several years. There were some stains on a couple of the windows that he would need to use a special solution. It was an extra cost, and I did not want the extra expense for a house I was selling. He did a good job, and I was pleased.

Description of Work: I used them for gutter cleaning. I really liked that they were courteous and professional. Will certainly use them again. I also liked the ease of booking my appointment and that they used technology in processing the bill. Thanks so much for the service our gutters were really bad as we haven't lived in the house very long and I don't think they were kept up. It took them awhile to clean all the gunk out and they were very thorough.

Description of Work: Sierra Vista Maintenance did a superb job. At the time of service they were overloaded with work, but they scheduled their job perfectly. As soon as they arrived they greeted me courteously and went right to work. They not only cleaned out the rain gutters, they swept up around the work area and left everything in immaculate condition. I couldn't have been more pleased.
