He came out to my house for the 20 window special and beautifully, happily cleaned 32. I could not be happier with how my windows look and also about the personal touch he added to my day. I was even blowing off my deck, my blower broke and he loaned me his. I will definitely use them again.

It's been a while since they've done my gutters, but my gutter is pulling away from the eaves where it's, so I don't know that happens when they were doing it are not. It's just a matter of I have to get somebody to nail it back but just the fact that it is out from the eaves it's not attached anymore. They just didn't notice and didn't put it back.

They were awesome. Absolutely awesome. They had trouble trouble cleaning one of the windows because it had water spots on it so they didn't have with them the equipment to clean the water spots. But for the windows that they did all the rest of them were wonderful but that one still had spots and stains. They have to come prepared to do water spots.

Sierra Vista was wonderful. I bought an Angie's List special and I received a prompt response via email to schedule the appointment. Scheduling was easy. I was informed of possible extra costs for our solar screens so there was no surprises. The workman was prompt, informative, efficient. My windows and screens are perfect. I highly recommend and will use them again.

I have used other window cleaning services in the past but have at long last found THE ONE. Eric was beyond accomodating when my schedule went nuts at the last minute and the work he and his team did on my two story home was incredible. The service went well. It was not their fault. I thought the pressure washer would take off more stuff, but it did not. The guy that did it was really nice, super helpful, and did a great job.

Kelly was great. He came in and cleaned everything up to out satisfaction. We had just moved in and didn't want the burden of cleaning the previous owners mess. The job took about 5 hours and wow what a difference it has made! I have already referred them to two other people. We will definitely use them again.

Provider showed up on time & cleaned the gutters & downspouts. The debris however goes all over the yard and then he cleaned it up. There was only a little debris left behind (B rating on quality). He was professional, friendly & efficient.

Kelly was quick to email me to set up a good time to do the pressure washing of my home. Jason showed up to do the service three days after I bought the deal, so very fast! Everything was done as promised and described. My home looks much better with all the junk gone from the pressure washing Jason did. I appreciate his hard work and he was done in a timely manner and very professional. I would use this company again in the future and recommend their work. Thank you again!

Jason came as promised at the right time, reviewed my home gutter work, wrote an estimate and cleaned out the gutter with high degree of professionalism. His work was high quality - cleaned up all the trash in the gutter and ensured the place is left with no mess after the work is done. He also took time to caulk/seal in one of the areas that I requested for. Great Job!

Nick, the service technician gave me a call 30 minutes prior to service as I had requested. He arrived within the two hour window of my appointment time. He was polite, professional and completed the job within the time frame. He kept me well informed on how the job was progressing and was careful to warn me of any possible damage that could occur before starting the project. We would be happy to have our home serviced by Sierra Vista Maintenance again.
