The worker arrived promptly & told me up front what the additional charge would be. I agreed and he got to work immediately. Spent over two hours cleaning the gutters, wound up with six large black bags filled with leaves. A nice touch was he took "before " pictures and when he finished took " after" pictures. I'm very pleased with the quality of his work. Very professional, I would use this company again.

Kelly and his helper arrived on time. Cleaned gutters for my house (approx 1,300 sq ft) and my garage which is a separate structure. Job was done efficiently and with attention to detail. Downspouts were checked to be sure they were clear. Everything was cleaned up and left in good condition. Kelly showed me before and after pictures of the gutters so I could view their work. Was a very pleasant and effortless experience. I will definitely use Sierra Vista again.

They showed up on time, even a little earlier than the scheduled appt. They called me and said they were ahead of schedule and asked if they could come over since they were in the area. All went well and they left everything clean and tidy. I was impressed with their professionalism and friendliness. Would definitely call them again.

I purchased the Angies List gutter cleaning deal for $135. The whole process was very easy. Scheduling was done via e-mail; a date was scheduled within a week. The date ended up needing to be rescheduled due to the storm that came in; was too rainy and windy for them to safely work. Kelly was easy to communicate with via phone; followed up as he said he would, provided a new day and time. The crew of two arrived, they started right away. Cleaned gutter for both my house and garage (which is stand alone). They cleaned up the area around the house. I was very pleased with the overall job and would hire them again.

Appt scheduling was flexible and timely. Kelly and Caleb arrived well within the 2 hr appt time; called in advance to notify of approx. arrival time. Discussed work to be done; both were friendly and knowledgeable. Professional and efficient in cleaning the gutters (heavy with wet leaves), clearing the downspouts and roof valleys, and installing downspout filters. Completed work in about an hour; bagged the wet leaves and cleaned up area. Completely satisfied - go-to company for gutter and window cleaning.

I appreciate that I was kept appraised of the cleaning crews arrival time. They showed up right on time. All the gutters were totally cleaned. The crew did a nice job of cleaning up afterwards and installing downspout screens to prevent blockages. I would definitely use Sierra Vista the next time the gutters need cleaning.

They did an excellent job cleaning leaves off the roof and unclogging our gutters and down spouts. They also did a thorough job of cleaning up and bagging the leaves. We will definitely use them again.

Service providers were prompt (even calling because they might be 5 minutes late) and very professional. Job was done very well and quickly. Clean up after gutter cleaning was better than previous experiences with other service providers. Overall an excellent job.

Two years ago we had a different contractor come and clean out our gutters. They left a big mess in the swimming pool. This time around we gave Sierra Vista Maintenance a shot . . . and we are VERY happy with the results. They were very professional, right on time, and provided great service. Will definitely give Sierra Vista a call next time.

This is the second time I've used Sierra Vista Maintenance to clean my gutters. Service was excellent both times. The technician arrived early (he called in advance to check to see if it was okay if he started earlier than the scheduled appointment time) and finished everything in less than 2 hours. He left my driveway and walkways pristine when he left (they were cleaner when he left than when he arrived). Will definitely have Sierra Vista Maintenance clean my gutters again in the future.

Job was performed quickly. I purchased an offer through Angies List. I was able to schedule by conversing via email, responses were quick and professional. Work performed to clean gutters appeared very complete. No excess waste or damage noted. I would hire again.

Kelly's service was exceptional. He took the time to understand my concerns, took pictures for me to see what was happening with my gutters and explained it all in a very professional manner.

Seemed great until I realized about 2/3 of my windows have been unlocked for the more than a month, since the windows were cleaned. This came as quite a shock.

I desperately needed my gutters cleaned, they were overflowing. These guys came out on a day that was convenient. They were very professional and courteous and did an excellent job. It rained very hard a couple of days after they came out and I was very pleased that the downspouts were all clear and flowing.

Kelly arrived promptly and got right to work. He had all the equipment he needed and completed the work in a timely manner. He was also considerate about some newly sown grass seed I had coming up when moving his ladder around. Pleasant experience with Sierra Vista.

Arrived on time, very professional! Nick did a fabulous job cleaning my very dirty windows. He worked in a very efficient manner. While in the house he always wore shoe booties, thus keeping my floors clean. It is amazing how bright and cheery my home feels with clean, sparkling windows.

Kelly arrived on time and gave me a quote for the installation of the gutter guards. He kept me apprised throughout the job and cleaned up the debris in my yard before he left. He did a great job.

Jason worked for approx. 2.5 hours. In that time, he did not complete the entire room which had multiple windows, 2 sliding doors plus screens. I had a friend help, by popping out the windows and hosing down the screens. However, about a week later, I did have someone tell me that they almost walked into the sliding door because the windows were so clean.
