Brian was a dream to work with. He was professional, respectful, timely, and knowledgeable. A few places where we expected to have to replace flooring, he was able to repair and saved us significant money. The floors were beautiful when he was done.

The flooring came up one time. We then found that there was a clay drain from the previous footprint. Otherwise, it was very good.

We have worked with Brian twice for new flooring in our home. Last year we had tile taken out and replaced with hardwood flooring in part of our home. Recently we had wall-to-wall carpeting installed in the rest of the house. We are very pleased with both the carpeting and the installation. Brian was patient, knowledgeable, and responsive as we chose the carpets. Josh and the crew who installed the carpeting were polite, professional, and did an outstanding job.
I would recommend Brian (Beaver Hardwood Flooring) to friends and family if they are looking for hardwood floors or quality carpeting.

He did an excellent job with the work. He didn't like what happened, so he said he would come back to redo it. He was very detail oriented, personable and easy to work with. He was also very clean, and he picked up everything before he left.

Clean and efficient. Made beat up wood floor come back to life in one day. Easy to work with and follows up on emails etc. Cleaned up site before leaving. Would highly recommend Brian to anyone needing work on hardwood floors.

The results were amazing and exceeded our expectations in every way! Brian is the consummate professional who obviously takes great pride in his work. He is very detail-oriented and takes his time to do the job right. And talk about cleaning up after himself! If our floors didn't look like new, you wouldn't know that Brian was even there! We will definitely use Brian again in the future and would recommend him in a heartbeat.

When I first contacted Brian we set a time and he was actually on time. Nice start. He gave me some honest advice on what I needed and didn't try to "up sell" his service. I have been around contractors and construction for over 30 years and am very picky about the work done at my house. He buffed the floors in 4 rooms and put several coats of finish on the floors. The end product looked GREAT. I wasn't sure how it would turn out, but I was pleasantly surprised on how GREAT the floors looked. Just beautiful. Everyone who has seen them is blown away by how nice the floors look. I would recommend his service, and I don't do that that often.

Brian was able to adjust his schedule to perform repair sooner than originally planned. What initially appeared as a minor task soon turned into a larger than anticipated job. Instead of taking just a few hours, the project wound up taking more than 6 hours but the quoted cost stayed the same. Throughout the project, Brian was very careful to protect /cover fixtures, and prevent dust from entering the rest of the house. In the end, he was particular in cleaning up all remaining debris and sawdust. Was very satisfied in his work and may indeed use him again in the near future for preventative maintenance in balance of home.

Brian came promptly to give us an estimate. He gave us a detailed estimate for "worse case scenario" and indicated that he would not know the exact cost for sure until he removed the old carpet. Several items were actually deleted when the job was completed.
Brian did an excellent job. He communicates very well via email and in person. He is a true professional, very patient and he gave precise and detailed answers to our questions. We knew exactly what steps would be next and a time frame for job completion.
He works by himself except when he had to move the furniture. He pays attention to details and his work reflects it.
Our friend, a general contractor, came over and was impressed by the floor installation done by Brian.

I bought the Angie's Deal to refinish my hardwood floors. Brian came out to take a look. While there, I asked him if he could replace some warped planks from my laminate flooring, and he gave me an estimate of $150, which is half of what someone else quoted me. Brian was on time to the minute for the consultation. When he actually came out for the work, he was on time again. He did a flawless job on replacing the planks. My hardwood floor in the kitchen and upstairs near one bathroom looks great. He cleaned up everything before he left, and even fixed my toilet at no extra charge. (It turns out a bolt was loose so he tightened it.)
Brian was extremely professional, polite, clean, and punctual. I would not hesitate to use him again for any flooring issues.

We haven’t had the work done with them and I don’t if we will. We had a quote from them but the listing of the work that we actually purchased was not what it was when they came here. The website made it look like they will strip and refinish the floor. But when they got here, that’s not what they meant. It was totally different. The staff was very nice and professional.

I am selling my house and when all furniture was moved out the floors showed wear and tear. I signed up for the "deal" and ended up including a second room. I found Brian to be very responsive to my need to get the job done quickly and he was willing to work on week-ends. The end product was shiny clean floors.

Brian came quickly to provide estimates for different options; we decided to go for a recoat of two bedrooms. The work was scheduled quickly and the result is very nice. Will use his service again for the rest of the house.

We had 13 year old wood floors, still in good shape, but showing lots of little dog/cat scratches in the finish. The recoating, two coats, made those scratches much less noticeable. The finish is a little more satin than shiny, but we like it. Brian also puttied in a lot of the small gaps between boards, so the floor has more protection from spills. He spent several long days doing our job.
The recoating is NOT a sand and refinish. It did not take out the dark stains from pet urine, or fill deep scratches, but it was also a quarter of the cost of a full refinish. It was just what we needed, and we feel we can go at least another 10 years with this. We can live with a few stains.
Brian was great to work with. We also had him help us move furniture out and back, and all went well. I would definitely recommend him.

Brian arrived at the scheduled time and evaluated the old hardwood floors. He listened to what we were looking for in results and got to work right away. He suggested adding a bit of tint to the finish to help even out the various aged wood colors. The results were perfect and we were very pleased.
