Wonderful experience. From them coming to quote me a real quote and getting installation scheduled quickly. Enrique and the installers were fantastic. Very personable and friendly and did a wonderful job.

I had an exsisting wood floor that I was extending to another room. Mika S. took time searching various vendors for the right match. He even mailed a sample to a vendor just to confirm the color before purchasing.. The install guys took extra time to make an imperfect floor look perfect. . The job was completed on time. I'm very happy with the room.

Home Depot and Empire take weeks to do a job. Universal called back immediately they did the job in 2 days they were very considerate fair pricing and I would recommend them and hire them again. Very pleased

We had an excellent experience with this company. The owner Mike made the whole process very simple. He was very patient as we had a lot of questions to ask. He was never pushy; never did we feel like he just wanted to make another sale. He genuinely listened to us and provided us with different options that fit into our budget. The people that installed our floors were awesome too. Highly satisfied with our experience.

Excellent Excellent So happy with My New floors. I went with Universal Floor because they were honest, competitive and they asked me questions that I would not have considered. It showed me how honest they were to make sure that I was happy. If I had gone with anyone else the work would not have been this exceptional. I had brought in 3 different estimates and Mike at Universal Floor Covering was competitve, honest and timely. All the other estimates I brought in I felt that I was being lied to and overpriced and they were not going into the details that I would have though about. They promised to start and finished by a certain time and they were able to accomplish that. They pulled out my nasty carpets and replaced them with matching laminate, so pleased how he was able to match the pattern and finish timely. It is so hard to find the RIGHT person to invite to your house and trust them with upgrading or remodeling. I had NO fears or regrets with Mike's team, When asked who did my floors I will say Mike at Universal Floor Covering for sure. Thank you!

My experience with Universal Floor covering was excellent. Mike responded to my request for an estimate, provided samples and gave me advice on what materials to select. His bid was competitive. He was helpful but never pushy. His installers were very professional and cleaned up after each day's work. I would highly recommend this company for any flooring job.

They were so good, very professional, and worked around my schedule, and were on time. And did extra with out me asking very nice experience. They didn't charge me extra and no hiding coast.
