John came on short notice and no one else would. Found the problem quickly and fixed it.Also resolved 2 other small problems I had not mentioned in the original message and we'll within the one hour charge. Would certainly call him again for a problem.

I hired John to upgrade outdated fuse boxes (circa 1925) to modern circuit breakers in a SF rental property. My problem was that I live 100 miles away, and needed someone I could depend upon to complete the job in a thorough and timely manner. He was extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with, and I felt confident that he could do the job. John was on site when he said he was going to be, and handled all the inspections with PG&E. What I feared was going to be a nightmare turned out to be a very smooth process, and I'm very thankful John kept me informed along each step. I am very pleased with his completed job, and highly recommend him.

We had to change the scope of work because of a technical problem. However, the rest of the work was done well. I just took one quotation from one contractor and also had to change based on the scope of work. He came on time and the work was done on time.
