John was very friendly and did a great job adding a couple of exterior outlets for us.

One circuit in our home went out and left us without power in the master bedroom and parts of the garage including the garage door opener. We already had another electrician come by who diagnosed the problem as a lost neutral and "recommended" that we hunt down it down ourselves as it would take time and the charges could stack up. Sounded reasonable. We decided to get a second opinion and stumbled on John on Nextdoor. We spoke in the morning and he called back and said he could come by at 3pm. In less than 30 minutes, he diagnosed the problem (lost neutral) AND found a workaround. We had power back, John installed a GFCI in the garage, chatted with my wife and kid and charged me less than the first electrician. He not only did a great job, his fees were reasonable and cheaper than the first guy who didn't fix anything. He even accommodated our request to wear booties inside the house. Just a great guy to work with. John was right, I called the wrong guy the first time. Would definitely call John again next time we need an electrician. Plus my kid loves his Irish accent.

Mr. John Buckley responded immediately to my request for service. He is polite, engaging, thorough, honest and asks a lot of questions relevant to the work at hand. When he came out to conduct an estimate, he provided a succinct conclusion of what was appropriate and needed, and gave me a fair estimate. On the day of the installation he was at the premises at 8 am and completed the work at 2 pm, which was the amount of time he calculated. After the project, Mr. Buckley pointed out some of the older equipment that may need to be addressed in the future and has given me a much clearer perspective on what is needed to bring the electrical system up to code and safe. Great work - he gets the job done in a very professional, yet friendly and understanding manner.

Installed a replacement florescent light unit I had purchased. Responded to my inquiry in a timely manner, provided a good quote, and scheduled work for the next day. Arrived on time and performed the work neatly and efficiently.

Mr. Buckley responded quickly to my request and came to the house within a couple of hours. He determined that the problem was not the switches as I had thought. He thoroughly investigated the problem and found that an electric wire had been cut by plumbers who had opened up the ceiling below my upstairs bathroom in order to replace leaking pipes. He repaired the wire thus restoring the three lights that were not working.

John was outstanding and professional. He was punctual and finished the job in less than one-half hour (changed one switch and one outlet). After he left my house, I discovered that my garage door was not working. Unfortunately, I had to make another appointment the next day. It was not an electrical problem and I had to pay for the service call.

Mr. Buckley was a complete professional in his work. I appreciate the timely fashion that he took to finish the job; our electric junction box is entirely new and up to date.

A small job of fixing three light switches in our Victorian house. But sometimes those little jobs can be a hassle. But it was not. The price was right; John arrived on time and fixed them quickly. Just what we needed. He is pleasant and easy to work with.

Responded to my Home Advisor query, came over to give me an estimate, worked, and completed on my job in a prompt and very professional manner. He is now my go-to electrician.
