It went smoothly. The vent is quiet, works with my light switch and the vent on the roof was securely installed.

They continue to perform high caliber work and I am always pleased with what they do. The guys that come out are always professional, courteous and I like working with them.

Quote and estimate process was very smooth - Richard is straight-forward, succinct and understood our needs. Got our estimate via e-mail within a reasonable period of time after the site visit. We ran into some snags (a common occurrence I'm sure with any construction-related projects) - the existing gas line did not work and we had to install a new gas line from the meter to hook up the new water heater. The plumber was very thorough but what I didn't realize was that he had burned up a lot more time than we were comfortable with trying to make the old gas piping work. All the work was performed correctly without any problems and overall we were happy with the result. My only reservation with my experience is when the invoice came, and I couldn't help but see a lot of additional hours burned up, as well as little misc. charges that added up (patching / painting walls which I would have assumed would have been part of his original estimate). Due to the combination of the snags and the little extra charges adding up we ended up with a bill twice the original estimate. Overall, I recommend and stand by that they performed quality work, however a lesson learned is that we as customers need to set the expectation and standard for communication. I would expect a general contractor to consult with me when they run into snags, lay out the costs and options explicitly. In this case I just felt that I was not properly kept in the loop and as a result incurred extra cost due to the lack of communication.

They blocked a leak in our bathtub. They closed up and painted a wall that had been damaged from water damage because of the leak from the bathtub. They patched up a portion of the wall where our dishwasher goes because we had to have our dishwasher repaired. They reinstalled some tiles that had been removed. We have one of those mailboxes that drops right into our living room. They took the mailbox out, patched up the hole and painted the wall. They installed a new mailbox on the outside of the door. I really liked what they did. Everything they did was excellent. I would rate them highly and would use them in the future if necessary.

It was a great impression. I will probably use them in the future. They are no-nonsense. They took care of business and I liked the quote.

Richard made very good suggestions and pointed out money saving options and alternative design ideas. He is thorough, creative, engaged, very pleasant and professional.

They did a lot of work for me like re-corking, pinning up the walls and many other different things were included. They were very efficient and did a wonderful job.

They gave a great estimate, were on time, and very professional. I did not use them, but I would consider using them in the future.

EXCEPTIONAL and FANTASTIC!!! Richard is the most professional contractor I have ever worked with. I am the president of an HOA and we had 3 bids in total for our building repairs and remodel. Triple R s bid came in the lowest and the work they have done is better the original builder had done. Richard the owner is fabulous at the walk through and he catches things he wants redone. All of his crew and extremely thorough. The quality of work is outstanding. There was a lot of concrete work, stairwell work, painting and installing a redwood deck. ALL of these and more were done in the most professional way. We also had much of the building painted and trim done and the painter is excellent. I have never had to call Richard the owner about the crew not showing up or not doing what they were here to do. We have been so happy with Triple R we have added to the scope of work and some of the homeowners are now using Triple R for their own private units. Do not shop around just use TRIPLE R MAINTENANCE and CONSTRUCTION!!!!

I am very happy with the work. Richard was very responsive with my request and the transformation of the property was tremendous. The Brokers and Investor who saw the property before the work was started and when completed were very pleased. The only problems encountered were some painting issues of which Richard took care of them immediately. I will be using Triple R on my next project and recommend him to all.

I had a lot of projects around the house that I had not finished, and decided to just have someone come in and do all of them. I also wanted my door replaced, which we decided should not be done at this time for other reasons. Richard came by to look at the space and write the quote. We really liked him, he gave a good detailed invoice listing each item to be repaired (as I had asked). We had a miscommunication with one of the workers, but Richard got right on it and straightened everything out. They showed up late the first day with no phone call, which I was concerned about, but then they were able to finish the whole job within the time stated, so it all worked out very well. I also referred them to a good friend of mine.

They were prompt with service, however, there were three bids received from company before deciding upon using services. The company fluctuated with their original bid after taking a closer look at job, which should have been done in beginning. Once the work began they worked until completion, however there were three to four occasions where they wanted to charge more each time they started on one of five decks. Overall they did excellent work, but if using this company make sure there is a clear understanding on what you want done and cost before any work is started. Also make sure the company understands that they will not be paid for any work done without prior authorization.

They came out to the house, made some notations, promised me a quote within 2 days. No quote. I called them, said I would have it the next day. Still waiting. It's been 2 weeks.

THEY DID EVERY THING I ASKED THEM TO AND DID IT WELL. THEY DID EVERYTHING ACTUALLY LIKE I WANTED THEM TO. EVERYTHING GOT TAKEN CARE OF LIKE I ASKED.
