My insurance provider sent me to Magan Medical Clinic. I have been very satisfied with them and so far, they have taken pretty good care of me. I see another doctor in the same clinic for dermatology. I once saw an ENT specialist in the same clinic since I had some throat problem. Dr. Chao takes care of anything I need. If I need to have some lab work done, the he sends me to get it done. If I need to go to a physical therapist, then he gives me a clearance to go. He has never denied a request that I have made. I get free office visits with the insurance I have now.

It is attached to the Mayo clinic where everything is there and you don’t have to go to any other place for anything else other than an MRI. They have all kinds of doctors. They have all kinds of treatments including physical therapy and chiropractic care. I have been going to them for 45 years. It is a good place to go.

They are good. They have a facility were you can do walk-ins, and getting an appointment is usually just a few days. They were very good, punctual, and accurate. I would continue to use them in the future.

It is located close by. They are always on time. We always see him first thing in the morning. We are his first patients. We know that is the best because he is fresh at 9.30 in the morning. He gives us his time. He is very patient and kind. The office environment is very nice. The staff is courteous but it depends on the person we get. He is busy sometimes. I can always go to urgent care. That is another option. The effectiveness of treatment depends on which department we are going to. We have Medicare so we do not worry about the billing anymore. Everything is taken care of.

He takes interest in me and has a good bedside manner. He communicates well with me and he is available on most times. His office staff is friendly and his office environment is clean.

I've been using them for 20 years. The facility has changed over the years. I like the doctor that I see. The facility is clean and up to date. I believe they are changing the facility to an HMO. I might have to wait to be seen. They accept walk-ins and they have a couple of doctors available for urgent care.

Dr. Geleris will go out of his way to help his patients and gives great advice. He is very accommodating and very competent. He is willing to explain and answer questions. Dr. Geleris has great bedside manner.

I was able to get in and did not have to wait too long to be seen. My experience with Magan Medical Clinic was a very good one. They are very efficient.

They have an urgent care and a radiology center. They have whatever we need for kids. They have almost everything. They have an eye doctor as well. I really like the urgent care.
