Description of Work: This last visit was a yearly inspection visit. I had subterranean termites several years ago that they had treated and the yearly inspection is to keep their guarantee current. They are always informative and helpful, willing to spend time answering our questions.

Description of Work: Franz D from the Chatsworth Office was excellent. I would not recommend any other inspector. His professional approach and attention to detail found quite a lot of termites which were exterminated. |That's what we paid for.

Description of Work: The man sprayed for ants and spiders both inside and outside. | |However he did not use the spider mop on the stucco of the house. He seemed to be in a hurry. He said that the people at Terminix had scheduled him to do our house, and actually he was scheduled at a meeting by his boss.

Description of Work: They did their yearly inspection and in the process, cracked the plastic access area to the attic. They took in for repairs and it has been about 3 weeks without them returning it. Also, they were going to give me referrals for contractors to replace the plastic access as well as an estimate for laying more insulation in the attic.

Description of Work: NORMAL PEST CONTROL SERVICE SATISFACTORY. I WAS CONSIDERING USING THEM FOR ATTIC INSULATION BUT DID NOT USE THEM. I COULD NOT GET REVIEWS. TERMINEX SUGGESTED ANGIES LIST. I JOINED ANGIES BECASUSE OF THEIR REQUEST. I COULD NOT GET REVIEWS VIA: ANGIES LIST.I COULD NOT GET POSITIVE REVIEWS VIA INTERNET. I USED HOME DEPOT INSTEAD AND THEY DID A GREAT JOB. I AM COVERED FOR TERMITES. THEY HONORED THE WARRENTY, SOLVED MY PROBLEM. THE SERVICE MAN DID NOT MAKE A REPORT WHICH THEY SHOULD HAVE DONE.

Description of Work: Terminix provided an annual termite inspection of my house. This year I managed to get the technician that I had requested, who does a very thorough job and gives good suggestions on how to deal with any problem areas. In the past couple of years I had requested this technician but the company sent out other people who didn't seem quite as thorough, so I had to do some phone work to make sure the requested technician was assigned to me. | |As I have two termite protection plans (subterranean and drywood), I am pleased that the company offers a discount on one of them. |

Description of Work: We have had them for years, not by choice, but by company merges by old services. They are reliable, on time, with trustworthy employees who service us. A little too quick to sell full house tenting to us some years (not by service person but the sales teams), but have not pressured us to do it this time since we don't agree with them. They have done spot treatments which worked for us, but would like to get our "tent" business.

Description of Work: They spray insecticide around the outside of my house for termites and |ants and all other insects. They also spray around the floor of my garage |to kill spiders, crickets and an occasional c*** roach. I have them on an |annual contract which gives me an annual inspection of my entire house for |termites and the service noted above on a quarterly basis. They are always |punctual and perform any work I request including eliminating cob webs around the overhang of my roof. If I have any other problem they respond |quickly with no additonal charge because of my contract. |

Description of Work: I have had a pest control contract with them for years. They are very responsive. They do a quarterly visit to my home plus will make extra visits if necessary when I call them in for hornets, ants, or any other pest issues - exterior or interior. They schedule the visits and notify me in advance of when they plan to come. If I want to change the visit time or date, all I need to do is call and re-schedule. When they come on their visit they speak with me to notify me that they are there and ask if I have anything I need checked or done besides my usual requests for service. They also advise me when they are finished. I also have their termite protection warrenty guarantee for which they come and inspect my home each year.

Description of Work: Terminix sprayed the yard, which includes the front and back yards. It is sprayed every 3 months. Lupe always does a great job and is punctual. He also sprayed for ants inside the back yard.

Description of Work: Treat pests and rodents. All natural and organic pest control available. Great for someone who has kids and dogs.

Description of Work: We regularly have Terminix spray the outside for ants, spiders,etc. They come every 3 months. If during that time, we have an invasion of ants in the house, or even fleas in the yard, they will come back & re-spray no charge. We have used them for years and have never had any problems. Have never even considered any other company.
