Description of Work: We had termite damage during while our Terminex Ultimate Protection Guarantee was in effect. Terminex did tent and retreat our house at their expense as per the Guarantee however we had a few eaves with significant termite damage that occured while the guarantee was in effect. Despite the fact that house repairs of termite damage are very clearly stated to be FULLY covered by the guarantee, Terminex never reimbursed us for the replacement of the eaves. This cost us a few thousand dollars. Not only did they never pay they never replied to some 15 voicemail messages I left them nor some 15 emails I sent them on this issue. | |They are very, very unprofessional and I would avoid them at all costs.

Description of Work: They do pest control quarterly and they did some insulation work once. They are really good.

Description of Work: Inspected the house for dry wood termite, and set up an annual service/protection agreement. All went well, except they billed me annually even after i requested a monthly billing and the rep agreed and promised then confirmed it would be monthly. They charged my credit card the annual amount. I did not call again because i got tired of the back and forth.

Description of Work: We use them on a monthly basis and have not been bothered by bugs. We had one occasion to have additional pest services inside our home and they provided these in a timely manner and it was included in our monthly fee no additional charges. The technician that services our house is friendly and knowledgeable. My wife also asked about an area of wood on the house that she thought might have termite damage and after he inspected the area he told us that it was not termites but water damage. So I feel that they are honest with us. I would recommend their service.

Description of Work: It is a pest control service that is provided every two months. Sometimes, but not always, I get a call from the employee when he is coming out to do the service in that same week. The time for him to come out used to be around the 25th of every other month. The date kept getting moved up until it came up to around the 1st week of the service month. He comes to spray and then he is gone within 10 minutes. I understand there is a cheaper service provided by another major pest control service which was recommended by a general contractor. |Although, I got to admit, I had to call the pest control service out after I saw ants at the beginning of the month before the next service; and the employee came out and took care of my request within a timely manner.

He has made a number of helpful suggestions that would improve the ongoing care of our home. |
