I had one tree that began uprooting itself and was in dire need of trimming ASAP. Westcape's scheduling was pretty efficient considering I contacted them the evening of Christmas Eve (contacted me within minutes of my HomeAdvisor inquiry, 3rd business day they performed the work). The work quality on the tree itself was immaculate, perfect for what I desired and expressed to the trimmer 5/5. Cleanup wasn't perfect, but was close. I'll have to get out there and do some fine combing of my yard to get it back to where it was, so that's a little bit of a complaint, but it wasn't bad, nor a horror story like some other reviews of other tree trimmers, pretty good really 4/5. The customer service was absolutely superb. The price was a little high being that it was one tree, but given they still need to show up, lug all the equipment to the back, and all that, I guess it doesn't matter if it was one tree or ten. Plus, (at my request) they SCALPED that tree and filled a medium sized trailer with all the branches 4.5/5.

A very large limb from the neighbor's tree fell into my yard due to high winds. Hector and Algis arrived in a timely manner, went right to work and completed the project quickly and competently. They even took out a dead bush, root ball included. Thank you.

They were here on time, and made the sprinkler repairs promptly

I hired the NG Valley Tree Service after getting several bids throughout the Coachella Valley. They had over 30 reviews and they were throughout the Coachella Valley. Hector came out to look at the project. We spoke of how they would accomplish it without disturbing the neighbors property due to the 2 pine trees being 30-40 feet tall and only 5 feet apart. I informed Hector of the lowest bid and he agreed to do it for less. They had a stump grinder and a truck with a chipper. The stump grinder gave me enough mulch to use throughout my yard. They even left me some firewood. We inspected the sprinklers and Jose Nunez helped ensure that they all were working properly. They even left me a pine tree stump table and stools for something unique. Thank you guys, you definitely will get another call when we need tree work done. Margie Griffith

Great job with tree and shrub removal

These guys showed up within a couple of hours of my call, gave me a quote which was very competitive. The team showed up, did a great job of cutting the tree down (which was in a very tricky spot) and removed the stump. Then they cleaned the site up like there was never a tree on the spot. I'd recommend them to everyone.
