The end product was good. There was a misunderstanding about the expectation because the original quote was different because of a larger amount of artificial grass that was to be installed and when the new quote was received I thought everything was the same except less of the artificial grass to be installed. Juan was great, very responsive and so was the owner. Lesson learned was make sure of everything to be done in a revised quote is as specific as the original quote. I think this was just a misunderstanding as they did not install a part that was included on the original quote and when they first said the job was done it was not included but when I brought it to their attention they handled my concern professionally and came back and installed the part that was missing. I would recommend them and use them again if the need arises.

Professional service!

We highly recommend Sunrise Landscape Service for any synthetic turf you need at your home or business. Sunrise installed a putting green in addition to a large area of landscape synthetic turf. Jim Shields the owner and his crew foreman Juan Sosa were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and very conscientious. There customer service was over the top. We'd use their services again in a heart beat.

I needed someone to help with turf repair on short notice and they were extremely quick and helpful. I would absolutely hire the guys again!

I previously rated Sunrise at 3.5 do to several cosmetic left unaddressed. Unlike many company s who move on to the next customer and leave issues unresolved, Sunrise came back, corrected the situation actually improved our yard. My 3.5 rating was my indication that I was *okay* with the work they had done. Their returning and ensuing work cause me to go from good job to exceptional. I have recommended them to several neighbors and will continue to champion their cause.

Update: Jim, one of the owners, called and brought his crew back out to address issues. Issues with installation were addressed and project is completed as specified. There was an issue with one bad employee at the begininng of project that created dissatisfaction. Employee was removed and Jim took over project. Greatly appreciate Jim's involvement. Crew was professional. Communication was challenging in regards to follow through on commitments. Attention to detail could be better.

We had a side yard and front yard that we installed synthetic grass. Sunrise Landscape Service has many samples to choose from. We went with their suggestion and boy were they right. People think it’s real grass it looks beautiful. Workers were very professional and cleaned up after they completed installation.
