Description of Work: Crew performed a deep cleaning of my 3000 sf house with all hardwood and laminate floors. They arrived on time, were efficient and professional and left the house in beautiful condition. I'm going to start using them monthly for cleaning.

Description of Work: Jennifer and her husband Greg came by for a meeting with me and my mom. We both thought they were great and set up a date for them to come and clean. My mom is elderly and she needs someone who has her best interests first. I think this will work out well for her. Thanks Sparkle and Shine.

Description of Work: The first time they came they did what they call a deep cleaning When they came the 2nd time they cleaned the same, but they are getting a little bit more comfortable with my place, so it was a little bit better. Usually it takes a little time to know everything the customer likes. They are very accomadating. |So excited to have them on board.

Description of Work: A team of two young women showed up on time for the first-time deep clean with this service. They were pleasant and energetic, and set to work promptly, finishing a somewhat cluttered and crowded 2800 sq. ft. home inhabited by 5 people in about 3 hours. The home was not unusually dirty, as our former cleaning service had made its last visit just 2 weeks previously. The house looked pretty good when they were finished. Later in the evening, someone noticed that one of the shower doors hadn't received its final polishing, something it would be easy to overlook. Beyond that we found nothing we could ask them to improve. The owner called later in the day to ask how it went. I mentioned the shower door oversight, but told her we were satisfied overall, and booked two more bi-weekly regular visits for the month of May. Sparkle N Shine is just a bit more expensive than our former service, but the advantage of having speed, reliability and responsiveness from a local firm makes it worthwhile for us.

Description of Work: I have been searching for a new house cleaning service for over 2 years. I have had several different companies clean my house during this search and have been very disappointed in each of them. Unfortunately I am very, very picky and would rather clean my house myself than pay someone for an inferior job. I had Sparkle N Shine clean my house for the first time yesterday and was absolutely thrilled with the job they did! My house is almost 3000 sq. ft. and they did not miss a thing! They worked so well together always communicating to make sure every detail was completed. They truly seemed to enjoy their job and take pride in the finished product. My house has never been this clean! Needless to say, I have hired them to clean my house on a regular basis!

Description of Work: Sparkle and Shine is just what our place looked like when Angela left today! We have an old tub and she made it look clean and fresh again. Jennifer handled all the details promptly and stayed in touch. Can't wait to use them again!
