This was THE best experience. We, and our tenants had no gas services and Samir plumbing completed all the work with a hand shake agreement to be paid. He patiently waited for weeks to be paid with no complaint and no hurry. He understood we were waiting on finances and he took an amazing chance on us. I can not thank Sam and his crew enough for doing an excellent job of replacing my gas line to the house. It was an emergency (no heat in the house for 4 days) and as soon as I called him he came to the house to find out the problem (he drove 50 miles to my house on a Sunday pm through Freeway traffic). He brought his whole crew to do the work and it was finished in l day. He even called me the next day to be sure the Gas Company had turned on the gas and had relit everything. Not only did he do an excellent job but he is a man of character. If the rating had more than 5 stars he would get every last one of them! I can't rate him high enough. Recommend, recommend, recommend.

Samir was competent and courteous. He replaced the old PVC pipes with new copper pipes. He also replaces all the sprinkler controllers. He was accommodating and answered all my questions. My wife and I were satisfied with Samir's work.

Samir did the repiping of our house to copper pipes. He was not pushy and made sure that he answered all our questions and concerns before he gave us an estimate. This was not an easy job so we had a lot of concerns and questions. He answered all our questions and even told us to check with other companies for quotes before we sign anything. It was an absolute pleasure working with him and we cannot have enough to say about the great job he did. Also he did the new toilets and remodeled our bathrooms. I thought the two water valves going into my washing machine needed to be replaced. He suggested seeing if they just needed tightening before replacing them. Tightening did the trick. He installed a sprinkler valve and fixed a leak in another one. I felt he was an honest individual and I would certainly hire him again.
