Dream Painting

Bought a house in South Corona. Needed a new interior paint job because former owners painted everything so dark. Called David who gave me a good quote and seemed very nice on the phone. Was willing to work with me even though I don't live in the area and therefore would not be able to meet them in person. Verified that they use good paint (i.e. Dunn-Edwards) and told them to get started. There was one minor miscommunication that occurred because I could not be there when we were deciding colors but in the end they did a great job and the house looks great. They were careful about taping up fixtures and minimizing overspray. The best judge is actually my father, who is a retired house painter, and he gave them the seal of approval. The painters worked long and hard and did a great job. As an FYI, David is not the one who will be there painting, rather he has crews that do the work for him...but the crew that came to my place was very good. Would definitely use them again next time I need more work done.

David Kwak came out and did a thourough walk-around of the job. Asked questons of what we wanted, what kind of paint, when, etc. Liked his proposal and have Dream the job. They came out when they saidk did the job as well as several small side jobs that were beyond the minimum we asked them to do. They not only pressure washed the area to be painted but most of the rest of the building, walls, etc. as well. 226 Garnet

Paul was very professional, and took time to explain in detail the services that would be performed. Price was competitive, although we did accept a lower bid from a provider we had used before on interior painting. Would definitely call Dream Painting for another job.

Dream Painting was excellent. Their prep work (masking, caulking, sanding, etc.) was very thourgh. No over-spray anywhere. They were timely and detailed oriented. They spent the better part of 3 days on the job with very little interuption to our daily rotine. I would highly recommended Dream Painting to all my family and friends. We would use them again in a heart beat.

I couldn't be happier from start to finish. They took plenty of time to mask off the area and put plastic up in the doorways to protect the rest of the house. DO HIRE THEM, DON'T HESITATE!

Very good experience starting from the estimate process which was very detailed. The workers were very careful in the preparation process and made sure all was done correctly before paint was applied to the home. I would certainly use their services in the future.

David, the owner was quick with an estimate, knowledgeable, but he was difficult to contact afterwards. Communication with his crew was difficult, because of language barrier. My main problem was the poor clean up. The quality of the work otherwise was good and the price was good. Do not know if I will use them again.

I don't know if words could describe what a difficult project this was and how amazed I was at the professionalism and the amount of work these guys did. Paul did the estimate and spent time explaining all that Dream Painting would do from prep to finish. Considering all of the work and prep that needed to be done, his quote came in under what we had expected. I asked them for copies of their license and insurance and they sent those to me right away. The team, led by Kim, spent four days just in prep work- power washing, scraping, sanding, repairing cracks, replacing rotted wood, etc. These were not idle days either, they worked very hard those days. They even repaired things that I didn't know needed to be repaired. They did some extra work on a wall that connects to the house that is a different color and was not going to be painted. They repaired where it had pulled away from the house and then color matched the old paint on the wall and I can't even tell the difference and he didn't charge extra for it. They always cleaned up their mess and even hopped the neighbors fence once to clean up paint chips that flew into their yard due to some high winds. My daughter even noticed Kim picking up individual paint chips out of the grass. I had to tell him it wasn't necessary, it would come up mostly when we mowed. I was unsure about my color choices and Kim helped me to make better choices in the same color scheme. I am very, very happy about the colors he helped me with. The paint job looks so professional. They walked around the house several times to find any spots that needed touch up and then walked around again with me. I'm very picky and I only found one small drip hidden under a window sill that they had missed. This is probably the first time I have been 100% happy with a contractor. I would and already have recommended them to anyone who needs a painting contractor. Thank you Dream Painting - you're awesome!

Dream Painting were excellent, they were really really good. They were so professional. They were in and out of here in three days, and had three painters on all the time. They did a marvellous job on the kitchen, the dining room, the bedrooms upstairs. Got the place in top shape for selling and then we didn't sell. I'm glad we had them do it because they did really good work.

They were quick. It was professional looking. They were pretty good and they did what they said they were going to do. The price was appropriate.

Everything went very well. David came out and gave a detailed estimate, detailed description of the process and he also helped with the colors and made suggestions that worked beautifully. The painters were prompt, hard working and polite. I believe it took 4 - 5 days, but that is because they do so much prep work (power washing, lots of sanding - I had 12 years of sun rotted wood, primer etc.) My house looks wonderful - even better than new. I highly recommend Dream Painting.

Exterior painting of a 2100 sft single story house. Last paint job done 15 years ago. David, the estimator and co-owner made a very competative estimate and promised more than his competitors. Work consisted of painting the the front of 100% fascia wood and all other 3 sided of stucco walls, all trimming and the painting of the stucco pool equipment house. David, the estimator and co-owner made an very competitive estmate and promised more than his competators by fully priming the front fascia boards rather than only spot priming. His crew worked relentless and did an excellent job. Dream painting will be my painting contractor for all future work.

Contractor arrived at the appointed time to inspect and provide an estimate. We set a date for the following week. The painters were punctual and did a professional job. They cleaned up after themselves and the initial onsite estimate matched the final bill, which was reasonable. We received a discount for being Angie's list members. We would definitely hire them again.

The owner, David, restored my hope about the possibility of a good paint job on the interior of an old and poorly maintained house. He was confident that his team could make it look good. The price was close to another bid I got from a highly rated company, but David's hopefulness and encouragement meant a lot to me, and I wanted someone like that working on my place. There was a problem or two with some of the preparation, but David heard I was dissatisfied, came out and spent time examining the issues. He was 100% committed to meeting my expectations, and made sure that according to my schedule another crew could come and make the corrections I wanted. They did, and I have a very nice looking interior now. I have given a "B" rating only because the issues did cause some anxiety and stress, and extended the time it took to get the work done, but I would hire them again. I really believe Dream Painting means it when they say they won't stop until you are happy, and that is a very rare commitment.

Dream Painting are "Pros" ! Excellent Product, Excellent Service, Excellent Price. I know that sounds to good to be true, but it is. I f you need a Paint Professional and live near Riverside, California, do your self a favor , try them.

We purchased a new home in May and it required a complete paint job. I researched Angie's List and found Dream Painting. The estimator came and did a great job giving us an estimate and suggesting paint colors. The team of painters that came were very thorough. We had them do some cosmetic repairs in the guest room, making a poorly done closet addition look like it was original to the house. They also repaired the door frame in the guest room which had been kicked in at one point in time. They had extensive cleaning to do before painting all three bathroom cabinets. Cleaning was required throughout much of the house before they could even paint! The kitchen ceiling had extensive grease stains, one room was painted black, another dark pink. They painted everything: ceilings, walls, doors, cabinets, french doors. It looks great! We had had new carpet put in the week before they came and were nervous about it getting paint on it, but they did a good job covering the floors too. We feel like we got our monies worth and more, and would not hesitate to rehire Dream Painting or recommend them to anyone needing a paint job!

It went great! They were punctual, early in fact. The supervisor repeated back to me the 3 different colors we wanted. They were all extremely polite and respectful of our home. They did an excellent job taping where the two colors meet-a nice, clean line. I didn't think it could be done in only two days but they were done and everything was cleaned up by 4 pm the second day. We would definitely use this company again in the future.

Overall I would say Dream Painting was very professional and gave me excellent value for my money. I would definitely use them again. Paul the Estimator was on-time, I ran a little late and he was willing to wait for me. He came prepared with his contractor's license, examples of his work and referrals. We walked through the house, I pointed out a few touch-ups I wanted in the prep work and he wrote up a quote. I was eager to move in so I asked if they could start the next day and after checking with the office, he said yes. I was very pleased to hear the job would take only 2 days. Simon was the foreman and he and his crew arrived right on time. Simon and I discussed the colors, which I selected from our local hardware store. Simon helped me match them to the Dunn-Edwards brand of paint. Some of the colors were not an exact match, but were very close. I was undecided about one color and asked if Simon could bring me samples, which he did. He applied the samples to the wall. When I came home that night I chose the one I wanted. I left Simon a message about my selection and he brought it the second day. The job went very smoothly and Simon's crew actually finished early. They cleaned everything up and waited for me to get there to sign off on the job. Everything was satisfactory, though I would recommend requesting sanding of rough areas and more patching before painting next time.

Punctual, polite and clean.Estimator showed up on time. Crew showed up on time and finished on time. They put in very LONG days, but got it done and it is beautiful.

The staff at Dream Painting was courteous and professional from beginning to the end. Our first contact was Paul, who inspected the house and provided the estimate. He was on time, very polite and knowledgeable. He gave us a lot of information and answered all of our questions. We appreciated this because we had never hired a painting firm before. Kim and his crew pressure washed the house on the first day and allowed it to dry overnight. The second and third day were spent mostly on prep work. The house hadn't been painted in 12 years, so it needed a lot of prep. Even so, we were impressed with the amount of work they put into it. They were very careful and thorough, they obviously care about their work. Kim is a genius at filling cracks in stucco, he spent a lot of time filling and re-filling them and now you have to look very carefully to find any. They probably spent a day and a half on the prep alone. Once the prep was done, they covered windows and doors in plastic and covered the concrete in paper. Then they started painting. When the painting was done, their cleanup was very well done. There was no trash or mess of any kind left behind. The job went smoothly, it was done on time and the estimate was exactly the amount we paid.
