Great. Except for a few areas, but once pointed out they immediately fixed them.

They did a wonderful job. Power wash, patched cracks in stucco, repaired damaged wood framing, pained all stucco and trim. They cleaned up well after the work. They did not damage plants near house. Price was very competitive.

Great. The manager Paul came out for an estimate. He was on time and very respectful and personable. The start date was within a few days. There was a crew of three one of which was the supervisor Kim. He was very approachable and addressed any concerns I had. They worked quickly, neatly and did a great detailed job. He even labeled the leftover paint. They started on Monday and completed it on Thursday. This job was done at my mother's house. I used another A rated Angies list paint company to do my own home about 6 months earlier. While they did a good job they did not match the stucco repairs and took longer that expected so I went with Dream Painting and was extremely satisfied. I would use them again and recommend them to anyone! They were also the lowest bid of three.

They did a good job for a fair price, and responded quickly. I've used them before and was satisfied with their work. Overall I'm very satisfied with the job they did, with a few small exceptions. Some work was really amazing: Doors that I thought needed to be replaced, looked brand-new when they were done. Beautiful job on the baseboards throughout the house. And did a really nice job on all of the walls and closets. I had a few spots in a bath where I could not completely remove a wall paper border, but they were able to remove itI My only issues were: with some vent registers and switch plates that were not put back up. A few things they painted around, rather than take down and paint behind it as expected. Some (agreed upon) touch-up work to the ceilings and other walls was not done. And a few gripes, as others have mentioned, about tidiness/conscientiousness of the workers when the homeowner is not present. I doubt that would have been an issue if we had been living in the home when the work was being done.

They did some repair work on stucco and wood, replaced three sections of wood under porch, and did a complete and thorough painting job in three days. Great team, very nice, and they cleaned up everything before they left. I will use this company again.

We had to replace our crown moulding. Taking off old crown moulding and installing a new one left a big damage to the walls and ceilings throughout the house. We also had six square shape holes covered with wood panels on family room ceiling from the previous owner. I researched for a reputable painter, plaster contractor who can patch and plaster the damaged wall, ceiling and the halls and came across on Dreampainting on Angie's list. I met with the owner, David, for an estimate. He is an architect and seemed to be very knowledgeable. After checking his portfolio, and talking to him for over an hour. I was convinced. Price quote was reasonable. I was little bit concerned about their experience level on patching and plastering work (I was deciding between patching, plastering contractors and painter). They were able to schedule my job fairly quickly (estimate on Saturday and work began on the following Friday). Simon was the lead on the team. Simon and his staff were very professional. They covered everything with plastics. Blocked the area with the plastic cover so that dust doesn't spread around. I was very concerned about the ceiling texture as I was told from many contractors that I contacted for a quote that my ceiling has a big patterned knockdown which is extremely hard to match. Simon and his team were excellent. They worked hard with the bad weather condition (humid and rainy) and spent one extra day to paint after making sure texture was completely dry. I can't tell where the openings were before. He matched really well. I am very pleased with the quality, schedule, price, everything. I would highly recommend Dreampaint for friends and families looking for a painter. Thank you so much.

I can't say enough great things about this company and their employees. I have never had such a good experience getting this type of work done in my entire life. My experience was great from start to finish. Paul, who came out to estimate was on time and provided an estimate quickly. The pricing was quite reasonable. His people started when he said they would and they finished on time or a little early. It cost exactly what his estimate said it would. The quality of their work is excellent. There was a different specialist for each type of work. Kim for exterior painting, Simon for interior painting, Bill for moulding and Audrey in the office for scheduling and billing. These guys were so professional from start to finish and such a pleasure to work with. Each one takes pride in their work and it shows. I was especially impressed by their integrity. I felt so comfortable with them that I gave them a key to my house while the work was being done. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again in the future. Don't hesitate to use this company. You will not be disappointed!!

I didn’t get any help. He came out twice for estimates and hasn't been in contact with me. They said originally they could do one thing for me and then said they couldn’t do it.

Dream Painting did an excellent job! I would absolutely recommend them and would definitely use them again! The quality of the paint job is impeccable. And they were all extremely professional...from the initial estimate to the completion of the job. They were very efficient and went the extra mile to make sure I was completely satisfied. And I am!

Couldn't have asked for a better job, from the meeting to give me the price and then the job was done exactly as I was told everyone with this company was very nice, and the guys that worked on my home, worked very hard from the min they arrived untill the end of the day I will use them again, feel blessed to have found them

They did a great job. They did it in the time frame we were looking for. We had a few issues they had to come back and fix but, they were out within 2 days to fix it!

They did an absolutely fabulous job. I would happily use them again. The workman were both punctual, took extra effort to clean up and prepare both the interior and exterior of the house in painting. We went through a remodeling at the same time of our tile floors and carpets and they took extra effort to work with us as timing and around the other contractors. I cant thank the paint team enough for all their time, extra effort, and workmanship. regards mike

The crew of 3 arrived in time, went over my color choices and placement then went straight to work. They were polite and very respectful. I changed my appointment 3 times and even a color in our laundry room after it was already painted and they never gave me any grief. I will absolutely use them for all future painting projects. Also, I added a few more items I wanted painted at the last minute and even though I had agreed to the new estimate, the final cost still decreased. Amazing!

From the initial appointment to obtain an estimate until the final touch-ups and clean up, the company was professional in every way. They matched our previous colors perfectly, using the paint brand they preferred. The painters were skilled and sought perfection. Their prep work was careful and exacting. They were not in a hurry to finish quickly; when they found that our wood patio cover was too dry to accept paint well, they primed it and then worked with rollers and brushes rather than spray. They cleaned up and touched up well, doing "fine tuning" after the main painting was complete. No payment was due until we were totally satisfied and even as I was ready to pay, the painters encouraged me to walk around the house several more times to be sure that all was well. We can recommend them without hesitation and will use their services again for the interior of our home.

Painters were easy to work with and did a very good job overall. Exceptions: Several months later we found an area where paint appeared to be loose and sagging. After stripping it, we found that they had left tape over an area approximately 6" x 10" and painted over it. We had to purchase more paint (what had been left after the job was finished was the wrong color) strip, sand, and repaint. Management was difficult to communicate with. We felt we weren't being listened to during the initial estimate, e.g., whether some re-calking around the tub and shower needed to be redone before the painting started. He kept making remarks such as, "You worry too much. That's part of the basic prep." The painters did not take care of it and were obviously surprised when we told them what we had been told. Apparently it isn't part of what they do. Manager also told us that the painting behind the new vanity could be done after the vanity was installed. Thankfully, the contractor knew that the granite top had to be affixed to the wall, so we painted part of the wall ourselves ahead of time. We told the painters not to remove the new matching mirrors that had been installed by the general contractor after we had painted that wall. One of the painters ripped it off the wall, reaming out the hole so that it couldn't be replaced easily. The contractor had to come back and reinstall the mirror. There was a period of time between the painting of the outside of the house and the inside, due to other refurbishments that had to be done (and materials that had to arrive), e.g., new flooring in 2 bathrooms, new vanity in master bath. In the middle of that period of time, someone called from the company on a Thursday and informed us that the crew would be here on Saturday to install the baseboard. We told her that that was impossible, that other things had to be done first, no furniture had been moved, and that we were told by the manager that the baseboard was done last. She insisted that they were coming until we told her firmly - several times - that she was mistaken. We called the manager and were told that she was "mixed up." Since this lady was not in a decision-making capacity, we are fairly sure that she had simply done what she had been told to do. We also got the estimate for the new baseboard during the initial visit, but the estimator did not include the materials or cost for the quarter-round that was needed for most of the rooms. When that crew came to put it in, they did not have it, and installation was delayed, and the cost had to be re-established. Then, the crew did not finish the work. We had to call repeatedly, including placing a call to the head of the company to get it finished, which wasn't until six weeks after the rest of the job was completed. We did not realize until it was too late (we decided on new carpet and had it installed as the crew was finishing the baseboard) that the new baseboards were painted a slightly different color than the wood trim, doors, and ceiling. It is not what was agreed upon during the initial estimate. We felt that it was too late to have it corrected, because the new carpet was down..

Everything went well and I would use them again in the future.

Every step went smoothly. They replaced wood panleing very neatly and to my satisfaction. Everyone worked d*** hard. It was hot whether and they completed the job on time and on budget. They did a final walk around to ensure my satisfaction. I highly recommend them. They cleaned up as they were never there.

We hired Dream Painting because of the professional demeanor, extensive references, and friendliness by the manager, Paul. (We had 3 estimates - all from Angie's List.) On the first day of work, Juan arrived on time, but the power-washer would not start. He left after 3 hours. On the second day, Juan power-washed the entire house, patio area, and shed. The third and fourth days, Juan brought helpers. If Juan was not present, the workers did little but talk on their phones or to each other. All windows and exits were covered with plastic. The evening of the fourth day brought rain, so on the fifth day, Juan came in the morning to say that it was still too wet. The entire week not a stitch of trash was picked up. The front and back yards were strewn with water bottles, beverage containers, empty caulking tubes (and their cut off tips), paint can lids, paper, tape, razor blades, and uneaten food/containers of food. Our patio table had a partially eaten hamburger on it for over 2 days! We asked Juan about the trash - it was literally blowing down the street - and the plastic. Amazingly, he and a helper came back at noon and filled two giant black trash bags with trash and removed some of the plastic so that we could at least access the backyard through our patio sliders. Juan and his helpers worked on Saturday, thinking that they would finish. Juan returned the following week for 3 full days - each day saying that he was done. Although Juan was always very friendly and polite, and he stayed until it was past dark most days, we had to constantly check the quality of his work. Our final paint job looks great (but only with us supervising and checking constantly), but we had considerable damage. Two large azalea and camellia plants were completely destroyed, others had many branches broken or cut off and either thrown on the ground or stuffed back into the plant (only for us to find those later); other large plants are completely covered with paint over-spray; 6 solar path lights were broken; 2 lawn sprinkler heads were broken off at their bases below ground; 2 metal hose guides were broken; our hoses have paint smears on them; and we now have crazy "squiggles" where Juan power-washed the paint drippings off of the cement. We called Dream Painters, and they sent the manager, Paul, back out to assess the damage - including some remaining trash. He was extremely apologetic, stating that Dream Painters expect the highest quality of work - including cleaning of trash daily and not damaging the homeowner's property. He offered us a $300 discount to cover the damage and replacement of damaged property. We certainly appreciated the reduction, however we cannot recommend Dream Painters.

Everything went very well. The crew showed up early as promised and the work was done fast but very efficient. We are very glad with the crew's professional attitude.

Courteous, respectful and did everything I asked. They were reasonably priced and professional. Dream Painting really is "Dream" Painting. Excellent! I am using them on all of my homes and rentals.

The crew was very courteous and professional. I did have a few items that needed addressing and the painters came back to make fixes. It was all done to my satisfaction.
