I think that they are very efficient and I like the fact that they are local and don't give off any corporate image. I like the personal touch that they offer and I like that I was always getting a call or communicating with the owner.

Teresa arrived on time, worked efficiently throughout the entire process and finished in four hours. The house still looks amazing two weeks later!

I came home to a house cleaner that was drinking and smoking in my house there were cig. butts on my counters and empty beer cans scattered about. I have pictures of the whole thing the lady destroyed the house and then was manicly trying to clean it up. They did give me a free cleaning but I would say thats the least they could do. I have pictures to prove this and supplied the to the business owner. They obviously dont screen very well. Disappointed in angies list also because they have a high rating and this was my first experience. I will try once more then thats it. I really wish I could post the pics here

It has gone well. They are doing an excellent job right now. They do a great job on the kitchen and bathroom.

They come weekly and have been awesome. They do everything and I love our main cleaner. My house is mainly wood floors which mean floor treatments with a lot of mopping and vacuuming. We have two indoor dogs and you can always tell when she cleans because everything is shiny. There is nothing that I don't like about the service. I have college students here and you would never know when she comes in. The house smells all week and then the students come in and can tell she has been here. I will continue to use this service. I trust them and have actually given them a house key.

They are very thorough. The first day she was here, she was here a long time, which was a little inconvenient. I had my kids with me. She got into every cranny and wiped down the floors. She cleaned my appliances. She wasn't extremely fast, but she was extremely thorough. I would rather have her be slow and get it done than not do it at all. The price is good. The owner is very responsive and receptive to criticism. I called her about an issue, and she was very apologetic. Overall, I've been quite satisfied.

I called several housecleaning services for estimates. When I called Patti Silva, we both realized that TLC had cleaned my house when I lived in Fremont (1995-2000). She gave me a good estimate and I selected her services again. I had several cleaners at first, but have had the same person for over a year. When something doesn't get done to my satisfaction (rarely), I can call and Patti will call right back and is always willing to send someone over or make a note for the next time.

A great experience. I called to ask for an estimate, and Patty came out to take a look at the size of our house (and how dirty it was...). We scheduled a cleaning within two days, and four hours later, my house was spotless! We had planned for it to be a one-time deal, but we will likely call TLC again to have someone come in once a month, because the service was great, and the price is right. Thank you!

Patty Silva, the owner, comes over and gave us an estimate after checking out our house. The business is fully licensed and insured, so we have even greater peace of mind. She assigned us a lady who comes over every two weeks and we really love having her come over because of the incredible job she does, with great attention to detail. Patty communicates with us whenever there is a scheduling conflict, and solicits feedback to see if we are satisfied. We are very pleased with our experience thus far and plan on continuing the biweekly cleaning sessions.

I think they have been doing a good job. The owner who first worked with me was very thorough and thoughtful. In general I have been satisfied with what they have been doing for us.

They are punctual, reliable and responsible. The actual cleaning could be better.

The owner provided a thorough site evaluation prior to my cleaning appointment. She took detailed notes about the specific tasks I requested and the type of products that I use. Her staff were prompt, courteous and thorough. I was impressed when they asked me to show them anything else I wanted done or done in a different way. I am very happy with this service. I have used two different cleaning services in the past and was unhappy with both. I felt they charged a lot of money and provided sloppy service. I felt they tried to leave early and failed to clean obvious areas (the floor behind the doors and behind the toilets). I want a company that is thorough and responsible and I am willing to pay a fair price. I feel I am getting good value for my money with TLC Housecleaning.
