I began using The Rug Bug, several years ago after I was dissatisfied with the work of Coit's carpet cleaning services. First Coit charged more; but most important Coit rushed in and out w/i 45mins and the hard to get out stains were still in the carpet. Once my tenants moved out in June, The Rug Bug, cleaned the above rooms, took longer than 45mins, charged less and removed all the hard to get out stains...my "old" apple green carpet shined with color! I highly recommend The Rug Bug.

I am a rental property manager and I used The Rug Bug services to clean a very dirty, badly stained carpet after messy tenants moved out. The guys showed up on time and ready to work. The carpet came out a lot better than we thought it would, some stains could not be removed completely but the property owner was able to save from having to replace the carpet plus the Rug Bug Guys re-stretched the carpet too. Good job! Oh and the these guys shared their knowledge with us so that next time we buy carpet we will know what kind of carpet/pad lasts longer and cleans up better... This is valuable information in my line of work. Would recommend The Rug Bug to anyone!

When I called them, they were very friendly and scheduled an appointment that was convenient for me. The person who came to my home was pleasant and completed the work quickly. I was pleased with their service and the price.

The young man who came was very professional in appearance and attitude. He managed to remove pet stains that other companies were unable to remove. After 6 months the stains have not resurfaced. I will definitely use this company again.

I have approximately 1100 sf. of carpeting in my house (3 bedrooms, one large great room) that needed cleaning. I'm too ashamed to say how long it has been since I last had my carpets cleaned. Let's just say I've had the carpeting for eight years and have cleaned them once. And not in this decade. I also have a cat that likes to bring in small woodland creatures and disembowel them on the carpet. And we had an elderly dog with digestive issues. A team of two showed up as scheduled and got right to work. I had moved most of the smaller pieces of furniture out of the rooms but left all the big pieces. Other than the beds I think they moved every piece and shampooed under it and then placed little plastic squares under the legs. They were here for about an hour and a half and the carpets look fabulous. LIke new. All the barf spots are gone. And - I think this is important - there was absolutely no sales pitch for anything - special spot cleaning, stain-guarding - nothing. They just came, cleaned my carpets and presented me with a bill that was within $5 of the price I was quoted over the phone (before they had actually seen the amount of carpet to be cleaned). I will definitely have them come back. And I won't let six years go by before I do so.....

My wife had made a valiant effort to clean the spots, but we wanted them cleaned well so that odors would not be perpetuated. The Rug Bug guys did a great ob.

This is a friendly competent small business that did exactly what they said they would do for a great price. Excellent service, I highly recommend them. We used them for our home and then for our office and had the same experience both times. Thank you Rug Bug staff for the excellent job.

Everything turned out great. Setting up the appointment was great, the lady who set it up was very professional and accommodative. The man who came to clean the carpet was also very professional, pleasant and thorough. He even moved furniture for me. He couldn't have been kinder. I will definitely use them again in the future.

The job was completed in one and on-half hours and the carpet is cleaner that it has ever been since its first cleaning 30 years ago. There was a significant traffic pattern from the kitchen through the dining room and living room to the Entry way and the stairwell. It had been there for years. It has now disappeared thanks to The Rug Bug team. They have done an extraordinary job of cleaning.

They did a very great job. It is a Mom & Pop type of company and the price was extremely reasonable. I had been previously been paying over $300.00. The husband was very courteous and worked quickly. I could have not asked for anything better.

Experience couldn't be better. Got an estimate via e-mail, and actual price came in lower. Avoided the need for separate visit just to give estimate. Carpets came out very clean, including special treatment of pet stains. Will definitely use again.

This is the second time Byron and helper have cleaned my rugs and I will have no other. I am always certain I need new carpeting until it is cleaned and then it looks so good I change my mind. I have recommended this service to two of my friends and they have called him again because he is so thorough,professional,friendly and does such a good job.

From the time Jeff came in the door, he was professional and got right to work. He spent a lot of time on the stains, there were a lot of them, and was here for over two hours. I have never seen a more thorough job done on these carpets by anyone else we had clean them. Even the red juice stains that had been there through other cleaners came almost completely clean- only if you knew they were there could you see them. By the time he was finished, the carpet almost looked brand new! We were totally amazed at how good it looked! Even after it dried, it still looked great! Jeff had a wonderful attitude, despite the 90 degree heat, and kept at it for the entire time. We have never been this satisfied with a carpet company and would recommend the Rug Bug to anyone. Kudos go to Jeff for the wonderful service!

They arrived on time, worked steadily without interruption, and did a good job. Very pleasant to deal with.

Our carpets had not been cleaned in a long time, and The Rug Bug did an outstanding job cleaning them. In addiiton, we had a section of carpet/padding that had been pulled out a few years ago due to leakage, and they were able to patch in a remnant seamlessly. We also asked them to pull the carpet in three areas where it had bunched over the years. Again, they were able to do this without any problems. They were extremely professional and courteous.

It went very well. They stayed within the price range they quoted over the phone. They were there early and it only took about an hour. The carpet had some stains which were able to come out. They did a fantastic job!

I needed all the carpets cleaned in my home so I called the Rug Bug for an estimate. I was told it would be no more than $225 per the estimate, it ended up costing me about $5 less after the work was completed. Jeffrey came within the given time frame and went straight to work. He was polite, friendly, courteous, and professional. He did a wonderful job cleaning all the carpets in my home. I felt the price was fair and was pleased I was given an estimate before he came by so I had an idea of what I would be spending for the work. I was very happy with the work Jeffrey did on my carpets, he did an excellent job. I would recommend The Rug Bug to others who wish to get their carpets cleaned.

We called and received a written estimate. Mary was very helpful in explaning the services and scheduling the work. The work was performed professionally. The floors looked great. The grout between the travertine looked brand new.
