Mark's Handyman Service

Description of Work: This is an update on a previous review because Mark has continued to do a series of projects for us. He has done everything from building fences, to tuning our irrigation, to installing ceiling fans, to replacing faucets to building a glorious chicken coop. Mark has a wide scope of experience and excellent construction judgment - he oftens comes up with a better idea and a better but less expensive way to approach what needs to be done. He's smart, inventive, reliable and very competent. We turn to him first for anything that needs to be done around the house.

Description of Work: Mark's Handyman Service did a good job of repairing our wooden fence which had 8 posts sheared off during a recent wind storm. He replaced the posts in cement and reinforced any loose slats. The results appear sturdy. Mark was prompt and his crew courteous. |We were satisfied with his performance and would use him again and recommend his services to others.

Description of Work: i originally got Mark's name from Angie's List so it only seems right to add a report now. The "service date" doesn't accurately describe when Mark worked for us because he started about three years ago and continues to do projects large and small. By this time, he's done a multitude of jobs for us from putting in fencing to installing fans to painting.The first job Mark did for us was a small remodel of an office. Although his stated task was to add a new wall and chance the lighting, I was impressed when Mark identified an electrical short in another wall and fixed it on the spot. Mark always brings intelligence, knowledge and commitment to any project.
