Mark was awesome. I was in a jam because I needed a new kitchen faucet installed fast or I would have been out of luck all weekend. Mark went out of his way to come late on a friday to help me out. Got it installed quickly, reasonably priced particularly for a last minute emergency, and did a great job. I will definitely use him for other projects. Also, my impression is you can trust him in your house unattended. Thats a big deal to me.

Everything went well from the beginning estimate to the final work completed. My garage door needed to be replaced but presented a challenge since the opening was not square and the size of the opening was not standard. Mark purchased the door for me and had to add a wooden piece to the bottom and plane the door to fit the odd opening. Mark also painted the door and removed the old door for me. The second task was to repair a 12 inch hole in my laundry room ceiling caused by a leak. Mark repaired the hole and blended the texture of the ceiling to match the rest of the ceiling. Finally, Mark patched two areas in the front of my garage and added a screen in the garage. The cost that I added includes the price of the door and all materials. Mark is a great handyman and I definitely will use his services in the future.

I contacted Mark to get a fencing estimate. He was both friendly and professional, but indicated that he was booked up for the next two months. Since I am unable to wait that long, I need to look elsewhere. However, the volume of his business would suggest that he does good work. I thanked him for his courtesy and candor. I would call him again if I needed his services.

No return on the estimate. No work done.

Was flexable about start time, and was effeicient in doing the job.

Mark arrived on schedule. He brought a 'helper' with him. He removed the old light fixture and replaced it with another (we purchased). He cleaned up and took the old fixture with him for disposal. I was pleased with his punctuality and professionalism. I asked for an estimate on a few other small jobs but he declined as he had just accepted a position in SD (Estate Mgmt) and could no longer offer Handyman services. SAD.

I called Mark on a Saturday morning, he was at my house within a few hours to look assess what materials he would need and give me an estimate. We scheduled him to return on Wed. morning.He showed up Wednesday morning as promised right behind my exterminator. My exterminator needed to be in the yard, so Mark graciously offered to come back in the afternoon.He came back as promised and fixed the fence. He added new panels,strengthened the posts, tightened the spring and added latch to keep door closed.Mark was easy to work with and was very accommodating to my schedule.Julie

I would and have recommended Mark to friends. We were so happy with his work on the bathroom that we gave him a list of general unfinished house projects. We were happy with every job he did for us. He is friendly and willing to do any task that you ask of him. He even put together a hammock that I purchased for my husband for fathers day.

This was my very first contact after enrolling on Angie's List. This handyman was highly recommended. I called Mark the same day I enrolled, we set up an appointment for September 28th at 7:30 a.m. and I'm still waiting for him. Although he called me back almost immediatley after my first contact with him, I haven't even received a phone call since. I even waited a week to be sure I (or he) didn't have the wrong day.

The work went excellent. I have nothing but positive thing to say about Mark. He was timely with the work and was professional throughout. I would hire Mark for another job and recommend him highly.

Mark promptly answered my email and went to look at the job. He emailed me a bid to repair the initial items I had identified. Once those items were completed we walked through the job and found more items that needed his repair. Mark is very reliable and easy to communicate with which was important to me since I m am not in the area where the property is located. He is available on cell and email which made it easy to contact him and keep up with his progress. He finished the work in the time frame that we set and did a great job. He had good attention to detail, making sure all the items were completed. He also had suggestions for additional repair that were helpful.

Mark was excellent. He started the project when promised, he showed up every day. His work and quality are excellent. This was not an easy task since the structure is at least 40 years old, very little of the walls and floors were level before he started. He was able to make the proper alignments so that walls and floors are now aligned. Every task that Mark did is done to his standards, which meets or exceeds my standards. Mark was always professional in all aspects. He kept the place organized and did an excellent job of cleaning on a regular basis. Mark had to work around and move my furniture, and he protected it at all times. There was no portion of this task that was unpleasant for me. Mark would incorporate changes at my request without hesitation. He also provided valuable inputs on various improvements. Mark far surpassed any expectations that I had. He was always within budget, unless I made major changes or he had previously indicated to me of potential problems.

He's darn nice, I'd call him again. Very polite.

Mark arrived on time and did a great job. He covered the entire floor with plastic to protect my carpet. He did a very professional job and I would definitely hire him again.
