Description of Work: Been going to Country Auto for more than 10 years. I trust Adam and his team with any of my automobile service needs. I've never been in an instance where he offers a service that wasn't needed for the car. As honest as a person could get.

Description of Work: Extensive testing on the engine to find that one of the ignition coil cylinders had gone out. It was replaced. They also flushed out the fuel injectors.

Description of Work: Excellent customer service, extremely fair and honest and great work! Adam and his crew have a customer for life.

Description of Work: 90,000 Service, Remove/Replace spark plugs, all the fluids, clean fuel injectors, all filters. Adjust belts, etc.

Description of Work: I brought my Chrysler Pacifica due to a problem shifting on hills and lack of power. I was concerned I had a transmission going bad. I was aware of an issue with the catalytic converter. He was able to duplicate the problem and told me it was an issue with the computer and that unfortunately only dealers have the ability to diagnose computer problems on my model vehicle. He also spotted a broken engine mount which I was not aware of. He suggested I figure out what's wrong with the computer before making the other repairs and gave me suggestions for reducing the stress on the remaining engine mounts until then. I will be returning to Canyon Country Automotive to fix the catalytic converter and engine mount once I understand what's wrong with the computer. I found him to be professional, capable, and most importantly honest. In 20 years of auto ownership, I've only come across 3 honest mechanics. I couldn't be happier to have found this shop.

Description of Work: He gave me an oil change and diagnosed some problems with my air conditioning and window. He told me the cost, and said I can wait on it. I like an honest automotive repair, and this was it. He could have told me to get it fixed right away for his own benefit.
