SoCal Climate Control - LA

I received 4 quotes to replace my system and ultimately settled on SoCal Climate. I found their technician (Reece) knowledgeable and friendly. Most of all - no pressure. Thank you for that. But what I really want to share with you is the rest of the experience AFTER the bid. The bid is the easy part. These guys are fantastic. I think I happened to get lucky with scheduling - we signed on Friday and the install happened on Monday-Wednesday. The crew (Jerry ) were extremely courteous and professional. They wore masks when appropriate, put cloths on the floor. A piece of trim was damaged during install and they had a tech match the paint and make the repair before the job was completed. I am thoroughly impressed with this firm. The equipment is as promised. They communicated every step of the way. The install work was seamless and met my quality inspector husband’s very high standards.

David was excellent. On time, very honest and hard working, showed me pictures of everything and explained the repair needed in detail. He was fantastic, and I would recommend him to all my family and friends.

Sigh, these guys tried but after an incomplete bid, a few negotiation issues, and a job that left us with serious water damage I can't recommend. They have done a great job following up and talking with us and fixing things (I think) but the quality of the work is my main concern, they just don't seem to get it right the first time.

I wanted a quick pre-summer service check and tuneup. That is exactly what I got.

The technician Landon was so helpful. He asked how old the system was and said it should be under manufacturer warranty. He helped me find the serial number etc. so I could get problem fixed by them. I will defenetly recommend and use for annual check ups

Make sure you understand what and when the work will take place. There was a twp (2) day delay we didn't count on when we agreed to have the work done.

They came promptly and provide immediate service and good options for follow-up service. Highly Recommended.

Good experience and price

Very friendly and most importantly did not require a $70 inspection fee. I will always skip a company that requires any up front fee!!!

I hired them initially just for a quote. And felt that they gave me a good price for the work needed. I recommend them for their AMAZING work, i loved how quick they got it done! They have lifetime guarantee, so no more worries.

Overpriced and they didn't show up to fix an improper install. Had to call them many times before finally getting a response. Happy with the new system but wouldn't hire them again.
