The people that came to the house were professional and honest in their assessment and job performance.

My experience sounds almost exactly like Brian B. from 6-12-17...except they quoted me $8888 with a $2000 discount if I hired them to complete the work today. Ignacio was extremely friendly. His son was quiet and went to work as soon as they were given access. He checked the ducting in the attic spaces and took pictures, checked the return vent and the AC/furnace unit. He changed our air filter but they wouldn't clean the ducting at all. He said we needed to replace everything or it would be a waste. Although we might really need to have the duct work replaced, he refused to even attempt to clean them. He gave me a discount on the trip charge...$45 instead of $65. But I felt quite deceived from the phone conservations I had about what would happen when they arrived. I even cancelled the other estimates because I was told they would be cleaning the ducts and then would be recommending anything additional that needed to be done. I would have cancelled with them if I knew I would be paying for the estimate! Thank goodness we have a Home Warranty and can have everything checked out for legitimacy.

Tried to up sell without any real evaluation. This may not be typical for this company and I really can't attest to their workmanship. I simply wanted our ducts cleaned. Phone contact quoted $65 to clean the ducts. I questioned how inexpensive that was and was told that their equipment was so powerful they could attach to a single duct as opposed to cleaning each vent. I figured it was too good to be true and assumed they would want to do more when they showed up. I didn't expect it to be quite this egregious. When the two guys arrived they asked to see the attic. They took one quick look in there and said that the duct work was old had tears and needed to be replaced. Asked how close to 65 I was and then offered to replace the ducts for a discounted rate of $8,800 instead of the $10,000 they normally charge. I didn't pay that much when I had a new Ac and Furnace system installed two years ago. No offer to repair or other options. I told them no thanks that I simply wanted the ducts cleaned. Reluctantly and with lots of non stop talking they hooked up their equipment to one vent and ran it for less than five minutes. They didn't offer to show me the results of what was removed so I really don't know to what degree it was effective. I gave them the $65. The guy left dirty fingerprints on the attic access door.

VERY PROFESSIONAL IN SETTING UP THE APPOINTMENT AND TIME TO COME OUT . JIMMY TECHNICIAN REALLY KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING AND TOOK HIS TIME . HE GAVE A CLEAR EXPLANATION OF THE ISSUES . REASONABLE PRICES AND GREAT SERVICE . WOULD RECOMMEND HIGHLY TO ANYONE .

They were on time and presented great pricing. Crews were friendly and clean. Had an evaporator cool changed and the price was fair and work took 4 hours. Will return.

Short of paperwork completion

Honest! Told me that there wasn't a problem after doing a thorough inspection of my Heating system. This is exactly what I wanted and was only checking after a questionable repair by someone else.

they came to my house they cheked and they told me its old Installation, maybe its better to change . i say ok why not, give me the quot. until today no one came back to me , already more than 2 weeks. they took me 65 usd to change 1 filter pffff

The repair man, Al, explained everything in easy to understand language. Showed me what was needed to be done next. Not pushy but firm.

My experience was fabulous.

They were real quick and did a nice clean install.
