Mulholand Security was extremely responsive to our original review. They expressed concern and quickly repaired and/replaced all problem issuess. Our security is reinstated. The finalized gate and fencing are outstanding. This is the third time we've used Mulholland, and we've always got Tutu, who has been punctual, charming and clear in his explanations. Last time it was rekeying our house. This time he added dead bolts. He always gives lots of good advice.

I had just purchased my first home and I wanted the locks changed after I moved in. They came out and changed the door knobs and locks and did so pretty quickly. I would use them again.

I used them in March. They were convenient. The person that came out explained what he was doing and gave me some tips on what to look for in the future. He told me how to keep it in good shape. The service was good.

This was a great job from the very first call that I made to Mulholland the Thursday before the installation. Yossi provided me a quote over the phone and scheduled the installation for the very next week. He sent out John who showed up on time and did an excellent job of installing the electric lock on the front door of our suite, along with the intercom and buzzer inside the office. Great job all around. We would definitely use them again.

Went well, as I said earlier. What really sealed the deal for us was about a month or two ago one of the door knobs fell off - one of the ones they had replaced for us. They sent a guy out the next day who not only fixed it free of charge, but noticed another handle that's plate was loose and he fixed that as well. Excellent customer service.

The guy I talked to made a big deal about traveling to the IE which I said was around 40 miles from downtown LA just in case he did not know his geography. He comes back to me and says that they don't do small projects that far out. So if you're 40 miles away from them you better have a big project or else they won't even consider it. I think business is too good for them as they have the luxury of refusing customers.

On time, amazingly fast and competent, very nice and helpful when showing me how to use the lock. Plus the office was so friendly and accommodating. One of my best experiences on Angie's List. Highly recommend!

As in the past, professional and went out of his way to make it work. Even though the locks were very different, he managed to have them all fit one key.

Mulholland Security Centers Inc. were great. They have been nothing but helpful. We are very happy with them. Someone came up and stole the candy off our house at Halloween and we have it on video. I wanted to take it off and put it on YouTube, but I didn't want to shame the child because the woman was with the child and the child asked her to put it back. And the Mom took all the candy. I called the security company to help me get the footage on YouTube, but I changed my mind because I didn't want to hurt the little girl just because her Mom did something like that. Mulholland Security Centers Inc. were amazing. The price was worth it. The quality was great. I would definitely use them again if I ever needed them.

Yael was wonderful. She came to our home and patiently went through all of the many options available to us. She spent two or three hours with us and made sure that she listened to our specific needs. She took many aspects into consideration including privacy, security and appearance of the gate. In the end, the gate was more beautiful and functional than I hoped it would be. I am incredibly pleased! She was quite knowledgable about specific security concerns, which was a bonus. I would definitely use this company again.

They were punctual and did the job. They were easy to work with.

I was able to get a same day appointment, the representative (Sean) came on time (early, even), and was very courteous and polite. He re-keyed quickly and stayed to make sure all the keys worked, and filed them down when a couple of the copies were sticking in the lock. He even showed me how to re-program my garage door opener. Great service all around.

He arrived on time. Rekeyed the main door lock and bolt. One of the door didn't have key, so he installed a new door lock. He did all the service to satisfaction

It took much too long to get a hold of them. First I sent them an email through their web site on a Friday. On Monday I got a phone message from them. I called back Monday, Wednesday, the following Monday, then on Wednesday emailed them. That's when I got the call. Once finally on the phone, I was told to get bids from other companies first so I would know the approximate price and so they would know what kind of budget they would be working with. Then I call them back for an appointment to see the job site and make a bid. I've never heard of such a thing, and repeated back to him what I heard him say (above), and said, "is that right? You want me to get bids from other companies before you'll bid this job?" Then he altered it to needing me to go to other companies because he wants to have the exact design and materials and finish that I want so he'll know what he's working with. Talk about an overly complicated bid process.
