Eco Grizzly

We had a great experience with Eco-Grizzley. They had Jeff come to inspect our fire place & chimney. He did a great job inspecting & repairing our fireplace.!!! 5-Star service.

I had posted another review here, where I mentioned that I was displeased by the (lack of) clean-up from a younger associate, and where I was surprised by the high cost. Moshe, the owner, reached out to me. He apologized for the behavior of the younger associate and make a partial refund to compensate me. He also explained at length about his high liability costs to insure his contractors, and how these contractors are so experienced that they can make sophisticated assessments and perform repairs quickly. I very much appreciate his approach to customer satisfaction, and his transparent approach to his costs and pricing and the integrity of the work his business performs.

Worked with Toni. Very conscientious about not doing work that was not needed. Did a full inspection of our gas fireplace . Courteous and friendly. I will have them back to do the necessary work.

Jeff did a great job cleaning my chimney as well as installing a chimney dumper.

These industrious young men were very thorough and buttoned up. Their service was impeccable and their price was very fair.

Excellent work and attention to detail. Explained every step of the way. I only took off a half point because I gave permission to dump the waste of the project in our trash. It was more than I expected, including brickwork and filled our can leaving us with no space. Small negative because the work on the two fireplaces was excellent. No mess or dust left behind.

The technician was great . He listened to my needs and performed a great cleaning and upgrade to our fireplace The chimney was inspected , the logs cleaned and the glass under lining cleaned and replaced. The fireplace looks beautiful.

Eli was awesome explained everything well, and did great, clean, and quick work, would definitely recommend!

These are honest and responsive people. They could have suggested and completed a much more complicated ad expensive job , but contrary to other vendors, they said it was not necessary . they came out twice to confirm . They will also now be doing some concrete paving repair as well . Unusually responsive and thorough .

I have never had a technician be as kind and honest as Eli who came over from EcoGrizzly. He was upfront and honest about the work and costs that would be required to fix our dryer ventilation system and rather than charge us for unnecessary work he diagnosed from a distance to save us money. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
