Overall quality of work looks excellent. Eric was very professional and efficient. Not sure about the value though. My TV antenna needed to be removed to be up to code. Fee for antenna demolition $250. Yes, it's a two story house...so day before I challenged my 71 year old self to get up that ladder and do it myself. And they did remove the charge. That $250 was motivation enough for me. Other issue was another code item, a damper clamp, charge $99. I looked it up on Amazon and they run under $10. The one they put in looks like a $5 C clamp easily bought at any hardware store. So $95 for 1 minute of labor to attach it is a bit pricey. It does make me wonder about the cost of the remaining work.

This wasn't for an install, rather for an inspection of the fireplace and chimney in my new home. They arrived on a day's notice and did a great job. Very satisfied.

Had to contact about cleanup outside home. After call it was handled. Otherwise interior cleanup great and chimney again safe. All staff pleasant & professional.

Jeff performed an inspection, and as expected/hoped, identified all the same things from the inspection I had done when purchasing my home. He then communicated all the costs to me clearly, along with the trade-offs of the different repair options available. I later asked him to perform the work, which he did on time and as expected. Throughout everything, he was thoroughly professional and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

They did not clean outside, I am still cleaning up the concrete patch, it was very expensive.

Dryer vent cleaning on the roof. ECO Grizzly was able to deep clean the vent from the roof. The service man was on time and able to do the job well. We are glad to have our home safe from dryer fires and run well.

I had et an appointment for a different company, but they never showed and never called or texted. When I called Eco, they did their best to get me their soonest appointment and meet my schedule. Not only were they exactly on time both times they had to come out, but they sent me texts to let me know they were on the way. They were very friendly and got the job done. They told me it could take up to four hours, but they were done in 2.5 hrs. I would highly recommend them.
