Eli was here on time - very knowledgeable- they are scheduled to come back & clean all air ducts throughout the house- would recommend them highly!!

Very thorough and also cleaned all our ducts. Took their time did not rush. Priced very well.

I needed my remote control system for the fireplace to be fixed. The technican showed up on time, was friendly and profesional. I was told that the remote control system cannot be fixed and that a new one wiykd be around $2,000. Suggested that I connect the gas line directly to the pilot control box (to be done by a plumber, not the comany). Suggested cleaning the chimmney (a service provided by the company), The technian left an inspection report about the condition of the fireplace. The cost of the evakuation and inspection was around $100.

My fireplace had not been cleaned or repaired in over 25 years. Echo services came out cleaned out the inside of my chimney painted the bottom of the fireplace and put in a new door in front of my fireplace it looks like a brand new fireplace

Eco Grizzly text me the day before the job with the technician’s name and confirmation of appointment. The technician, Tony, text me with his ETA and upon arrival at my community. He and his assistant were on time. They were professional , polite, and personable. Tony made the analysis of my job and provided me with a quote which was fair and reasonable for the services provided (deep cleaning and disinfecting 17 air duct vents and deep cleaning my dryer vent). Tony walked me through each phase of the job as they worked on each of the 3 levels of my home. I highly recommend Eco Grizzly for air duct vent and dryer vent cleaning and disinfecting.

They figured out how to fix the problem right away and then they went ahead and fixed it, all in the same day. The project is completely done and paid for. Thank you very much Home Advisor for recommending this Pro to me!

Great service, they came out the same day to help me with my chimney. I had no knowledge before the service and the technician cared to explain everything. Now I know how to use it properly. They also did my dryer vent my tech was very knowledgeable! Calling them soon for new gutters installation as well. Highly recommended fair pricing wonderful customer service.
