Everything went according to plan.

After his investigation he determined that we just water too much so the solution was to cut down on the duration and to wait a week to let the lawn dry out some. He also told our neighbor that there is nothing we can do about the his backyard flooding because it is due to the fact that we live on different elevations and that he recommended to the neighbor that proper drainage of his backyard would help. He did not charge for his inspection and is honest and knowledgable. I would definately call him back for anything on our yard.

Will reviewed all the equipment with me, as this is the first time i have an irrigation system in a home. I toured with him as he inspected all the stations/heads/sprinklers/bubblers explaining as he went. Three items needed replacement. He gave me a written quote and was able to perform the work immediately. Parts and labor for the repairs was 35.00

William was thorough, and explained everything. He was very well prepared on his initial visit, to evaluate, and also on his return to address the problems. I don't think we will have issues in the future, but if we do, I wouldn't hesitate to use his services! I am submitting this review after the services were provided, and I do know the cost was reasonable, but cannot remember the total fee. We did use Angie's list coupon for the evaluation.

He did what the deal was for sufficiently, but when I inquired about other services and issues I was having with my front lawn and back flowerbeds, he seemed disinterested. Half of my front yard is PVC and half is galvanized pipe. When I asked about the possibility of changing it over to PVC he just told me how hard that would be and offered my no other solutions to my issues.

All services preformed above and beyond.

The short sale house I bought has a lot of problems in the front/back. Leaking valves, malfunctioning sprinklers. Even worse, the timer for the sprinkler system stopped working after painting in garage. So I bought the big deal hoping Williams can fix all the problems. He did, with great professionalism and patience. He even found out and repaired a broken pipe under ground which is hard to find. He spent 2 hours in the Friday afternoon and the whole morning on Saturday in my yard . Now everything seems works well. William is honest and hard working, and very experienced. I have no problem with this guy and would recommend him to anyone who has issues with their irrigation systems.

William was very prompt in responding to my query, setting up an appointment quickly. He was friendly and efficient. He cleaned and adjusted sprinklers and gave his recommendations and assessment in a timely manner. He gave me several options and always made sure I understood the prices for his work before he started the work. In a perfect world I would have liked a lower price but I am satisfied and happy with the work and the value I received. I would recommend his service.

It took a while to get the service schedule due to various issues on my end and on his end. Eventually got everything arranged and William and another worker came out to work on the sprinklers and fix the issue points. Everything went as expected.

We purchased a big deal for the service, and turned out very well. We had to pay more becuase of the pipe work. He was very good.

Gave him the assignment by phone. He reported results of inspection made suggestions for improvements.

Excellent - they showed up exactly on time and did a very thorough job. They diagnosed and fixed a problem that I'd had someone else "fix" a month earlier.

I purchased a Big Deal coupon forWilliam's Lawn Care/Irrigation. In the end, I felt like I got ripped off and actually, I did. He was polite and hardworking. His work was okay. It's just I paid $230 and I know he spent some time messing with stuff but irrigation work is not really something that's build out to as expensive as he demanded. I was able to hire somebody who was contracted, licensed and bonded. He came out and didn't charge me for anything. He worked with me for 12 hours and charged me $200. He said that the work done was no way worth $230.

They were great. I was actually watching my neighbor's house, and while they were gone, one of their sprinklers broke. I called him and even though it was a very small job, he didn't complain a bit. He came out and fixed it, and he was a nice guy. I showed him around my yard and asked him how much it will cost to have a certain man of my work done, but it was not where I was going to start in the yard, I have to start with the house first. I really much did like him. He was clean, neat, tidy, and efficient. He was real good and did a top notched job. My neighbor said he did high end work.

William is very professional and attentive to needs and concerns. He does outstanding work. He can and will do anything related to lawn/plants/trees/weeding/irrigation. His price is a little high - $25/hour labor for non-lawn services. For some services such as irrigation, he will quote a price for the job (parts/labor).

William made an appointment with me, showed up right on time, checked all sprinkler stations,flagged the ones not working properly, I ask him to replace 2 controler units that were leaking badly. He got started and finished about 4 hours later. Did a very good job. I am well pleased.

Everything was done to perfection! William is very tidy. He cleaned up and left the areas exceptionally neat. My husband and I both agree that he is tops and deserves A+++++.

William arrived when he said he would and did the job well. We'll use him again in the future.

It was a fine service. They did what I asked. They came out, we discussed what was a priority and also what needed to be done. They didn't get to everything but got all of my properties finished for me. They were helpful with suggestions, when he did the lawn and edging and then he re edged again to make it look sharper.

Bill has been performing our regular lawn maintenance for almost six weeks now and we are incredibly pleased and impressed with the quality of his work and the level of his professionalism. When we first called Bill we were seeking regular lawn service and, additionally, we needed a broken sprinkler fixed. The very next day after calling, Bill came out and fixed the sprinkler and we were up and running in no time. My husband normally fixes these issues but this sprinkler was broken in a way that would have required digging quite a bit of dirt and lawn up to get to the problem because my husband didn't have the tools/know how to do this any other way. When we saw the repair before talking to Bill we actually weren't sure if the work had been done because the ground was almost completely undisturbed. Bill did a fantastic job of not only fixing the problem, he made sure that his work was clean and attractive. It makes me so happy to come home from work and see the lawn looking so nice knowing that my husband is not inside laid-up with a severe allergy attack as has been the case for most of the last three years. Grass allergy and lawn care do not go together. Especially now that we have a newborn at home it is such pressure off to know that everything outside is taken care of without worry. Bill's prices are extremely reasonable and we have had him do small projects here and there (including removing some yard waste we've been trying to get to for six months) and have always been pleased. I would highly, highly recommend William's Lawn Care/Irrigation to anyone.

As has been my previous experience he is reliable, friendly and does good work

he was punctual, polite, friendly and did a thorough job. When he wasn't sure exactly how I wanted something he checked with me first before proceeding, something I greatly appreciated. and his pricing was very reasonable. I was impressed with the overall service.
