We had a fantastic experience. Paco and crew were extremely friendly, conscientious, professional, and polite. They were patient and helpful with assisting in choosing the best trim color. Paco even created our own unique color in the process. They also repaired wood and sealed any trouble areas that required it. Very thorough. Each employee that visited our home or we spoke to on the phone was friendly and helpful. It was a professional and pleasant experience all around.

The two men that Rick sent out to do the job did every thing and more. They were extremely polite, and wanted to do the job to the best of their ability. They even replaced, and painted, a rotten piece of wood under one of my windows. They were great!!! I would highly recommend Rick and his men to everyone!!

The two guys showed up on time and were friendly and did a great job sanding and refinishing my wood garage door. They covered my car so dust would not get on it and did a great job cleaning up after themselves as well as respecting my property. Most importantly, the quality of the work was exceptional. I am very satisfied for the price I paid. I plan on having them come out each year to maintain my garage door. Thank you!

Mr. Jamison called and asked if he could come slightly early which was fine. He spent time explaining what should be done and I felt some of his recommendations were superfluous. His appraisal came in very high so I chose someone else but he is very pleasant person.

All went very well. I have been a painting customer for about 12 years now. In that time Rick's company has refinished my Garage door and Front door 4 times and painted my homes exterior once. I have been very satisfied each time.

All were completed to my satisfaction and I will use them again. The responsiveness is very good - from scheduling with the office crew, to on site job reviews by management, and finally the followup on the project results. They want happy customers!

I had Rick Jamison Painting paint the exterior of my home. Rick was referred to me by a friend who was pleased with their work. I concur with my friend and I would recommend them. Rick came to my house to make an initial inspection. He talked about options and said he would price the items separately in the proposal, which he did, and the proposal was provided timely. I was unsure of paint colors. I went to Dunn-Edwards and although they were helpful, it was confusing. Rick Jamison Painting came out twice with paint samples and made suggestions. I am very pleased with the color choices. The painters were very detailed. Wood was carefully sanded to smooth out surfaces. A couple of inches of soil was moved away from the edge of the house before the painting so there wouldn’t be any visibility of the prior house color. They painters were very polite and they kept the work area clean. The house looks great.
