Mike is great on response to initial inquiry. His work is excellent. However, he is a little lax on scheduling and further communication. After he quoted the job, he never initiated any conversations. I had to call him several times to start the work. Finally, he responded with "we will be there tomorrow". They showed up and did the demo, then I had to call Mike again when they did not show up for a couple of days. He said they had to wait for concrete delivery (by the way, I never saw Mike himself again. He never came to check customer satisfaction and sent someone to pick up the last payment). He said in the beginning that we would be without our driveway for a week, allowing for drying time. It turned out to be 2 weeks.

Mike and his crew was great not only did they go above and beyond all work quoted due to unforeseen extra worked ask of him but he did it without me asking for it. We had them replace the patio, sidewalks, repaved an area with thousands of bricks and slope the backyard with a drainage system. Tree roots and my foundations caused them a lot of extra work with them doing it without blinking an eye. The cleanup was spotless and moving of some of my backyard spas, etc. again showed what type of character his crew maintain. He held my wife's hand and calmed her nerves because there was a lot of heavy equipment, work and a lot of men around (I had to leave out of town for most of the job and only had phone contact). The bottom line I like good work done and that was surpassed 10 fold over but to me I hire people based on character and if I think they are good people and if I can trust them. That is my main criteria when hiring period. Forget the great work he did for me Mike is a good person period, kept his word on everything and even did more than I asked him to do. For that I am forever grateful to him and his workers, who I loved.

Mike and his crew were fast and clean. They pored concrete around new addition with stamp and came out nice. Pored new driveway and also nice job.

The work that they did was fantastic. I don't have a lot of time and don't live on or near the property so I basically signed the contract by email and trusted Mike and his crew to take care of it. The job that they did was over and above any and all expectations that I had. In fact I had to go back 2-3 times just to look at it because I simply couldn't believe how well it came out. Very very happy!

The owner, mike Santuci worked along with his crew who removed old broken concrete, excavated dirt to widen my existing driveway. The area was 650 sf. The men all knew exactly what to do and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this company and their work. I would use them again and am happy with my new wider driveway.

The quality of work on the driveway was good. It was hard to get in contact with Mike. He said his workmen would show up between 7:00 and 7:30. They showed up at 10:30 each day. They installed some curbing for me. It was not as good as the driveway.

Mike was great from start to finish. He explained everything he was going to do and how long it would take. He gave me new driveway in two days and looks great. I won't think twice about hiring him and his guys for my next project!

I had a concrete sidewalk installed. The employees were very knowledgeable and very careful to do the job accurately. They took the time to complete the details to perfection. Before the job, I was offered some valuable suggestions and given a complete, detailed description and bid. Sunland deserves 10 stars, not five!

The owner of this company is a hands on owner. He was working on my project almost every day work was being done. He always answered, even the most ridiculous question and was always in contact with us to let us know what the plan was for that day. If you want a great and trustworthy company and want great quality workmanship at a fair price, this is the company to use. Mike and Sunland Concrete are the best I have ever used. I will be using him again when I am ready to do the rest of my back yard.

Great quality work and superior finish detail.

Mike was great. Workers were great as well. The job was done well and I'm very happy. I think the only thing I would mention is that they did not arrive when they said.

We are very happy with the work that was done. The driveway was completed in 2 days as promised by Mike (the owner). Old driveway, grass area, gate, pillars and old concrete slab removed and over 1600 sq. ft of new concrete poured and finished. Only 1 small missunderstanding on a small section of the driveway. After the forms were setup I noticed we were about 10" too narrow and a curve was backwards.1 quick call to Mike and a quick change to Mario the foreman and we're all set. The crew was very neat, clean and professional. I would definitely recommend Sunland Concrete to anyone looking for a new driveway.
