Getting approval from the home owners association was my only issue with the project. Mike at Sunland was very accomodating with scheduling the work around the approval process. The driveway looks great and I am quite happy with the work that was performed.

Mike Santuci is a pleasure to work with. I really appreciated his experience and creativity. Mike exceeded my expectations in both large and small matters. He solved a drainage issue in a way that improved the esthetics of the project and saved me money at the same time. He also suggested, and included, important finishing touches, such as replacing a plumbing cleanout with a different design that was flush with the surface and thus removed a tripping hazard. Mike was very competitive. He said he welcomed the chance to beat lower bids for comparable work, and he proceeded to prove it. I feel that I got excellent value for my money.

Mike & team once again did a wonderful job. I give his number to anyone I know who's thinking about having concrete work done.

The price was very reasonable and they did a good job. There was some confusion on the start date and duration but it was still done within a week.

Not only did they do the concrete for our driveway, they redid our lawn and sprinklers in the backyard. They did good overall job and their suggestions made the outcome better overall.

MIchael and his team were amazing. I got exactly what I asked for. Unlike the other contractors he wrote it all into the contract and even drew a picture so we both knew, before I hired him and way before work started, exactly what was going to be done. He wasn't the cheapest but he was competitive with the other bids I received but they didn�t provide the detail in the quote so who knows what they�d have actually done once work started.

It can be pretty scary embarking on a hunt for the right contractor- you want the job done right but don't want to pay the highest price. Just because you may pay more for a project, it doesn't necessarily mean you will get the best work or quality. I shoped through multiple quotes and talked to multiple friends adn colleagues and after all that was said and done, I really did enjoy working with Mike from sunland. He was professional, responsive and was alwasy good at communicating to me in human terms what he was going to do for the project and why. He answered all my questions without making me feel like i was asking too many questions.

Mike and his team were great. Very pleased with the work they did and the quality of the finished product. We will use them again.

I wanted a new wall built and an old concrete drive way replaced.
