Joaquin Contacted us immediately. Was very professional. Came over the same day. Gave us a fair bid and started the job early the next day with a full crew. Worked from 7:30 am to after 5 pm. Is returning tomorrow to continue job. We thank you for recommending this company. And they cleaned up everything so nicely! .

We had two very old eucalyptus trees removed and stumps grind. Joaguin was quick to respond with a quote and questions asked. The day of removal he and his crew were right on time and did an excellent job and cleanup. A big THANK YOU to Joaquin and his crew.

The crew was hard working, knowledgeable and efficient. Joaquin, the boss is the best. He is very knowledgeable, answered any questions I asked him and communicated his plan. However, when they were placing additional soil to my 35 roses, they had moved around the names of the roses that I had so carefully identified and marked accordingly. More work for me now to place the correct names in front of the appropriate roses. Another team of 2 pruned and lace my lemon tree and 2 ficus trees.....a job well done.

Team was very professional. They were quick to the job and did a through clean up after completing taking the tree's down.

He quickly diagnosed that the recent heavy rains shorted out the sprinkler controls, but then found that the original pipes proving the water were leaking at the joints. He suggested that they be fixed also which made the repairs much more expensive and involved. The total cost then went from the $430 for the rewiring to $1130. He let me decide so despite the unplanned huge cost I reluctantly said to go ahead hoping I wasn't throwing my money away. It took him over 4 hours to do the job. He was very good at his job and was quite professional, even though he was able to work efficiently while also talking to is wife on the phone who kept calling on the phone. I Would have been happy just his repairing the automatic watering system and taken my chances on the leaking pipes......they seemed minor but could have been a problem in the future, but at 82 it may have been someone else's problem in the future and not had to spend so much for upkeep. He was a nice guy and left the decision up to me, but of course, my wife was unhappy for the huge expense,

Joaquin and his crew were amazing. Great price. Very thorough. And left my yard cleaned up and great. Highly recommend and will be using him for all my tree trimming in the future.

We came to an agreement about cost and time and the job was completed the next day. Area left clean. Would recommend Joaquin any time , job was to clean 19 queen palms and haul away.

His costs were excessive. $325.00 to find the cause of a leak. Charged an additional $175.00 to replace a single valve. No guarantees.

Joaquin explained the steps he has taking and made sure I understood and had the information to make informed choices at each step. This crew was punctual, took all necessary for safety on our property and was great about cleanup at every step.

Tree Whisperer went well beyond my expectations not only removing a dangerously tipping tree in very short order but then taking out an actually more dangerous tree I'd not fully recognized. I was amazed that the root ball grinder removal was done in a tight area with 0 damage to surroundings. Additional 'help' was offered and taken with moving some retaining blocks for me.. All much appreciated by a 73 y/o do-it-yourselfer. I'd definitely hire this team again!!
