Polite crew, arrived within a reasonable time, was running late due to another project, but got to work right away. Did everything that was discussed when we met for an estimate on what I needed done.

I needed a leaking sprinkler fixed. They replaced 2 valves. The previously working one was replaced with a faulty solenoid. It took a couple of calls to get them to fix it but they did. The result was a bit sloppy.

Due to a misunderstanding, a wrong service was done which caused me to pay more than I expected. However, he ended up discounting the service.

The project team arrived on site on time with the right equipment and manpower to do the job right. They worked together and finished the project in 1 hour 30 minutes and did a super job. They cleaned up the job site and left it better and cleaner than it was when they arrived!

The next day I was contacted by the owner and he showed up right when he was supposed to! He was very nice, dressed nicely and very polite! The crew did a wonderful job removing the stump and cleaned up the entire mess! I am very impressed with the work they did and how polite the entire crew was! He even went down 100.00 dollars but after seeing their work I gave them the extra 100.00 dollars as they were certainly deserving of it! If anyone needs their help they are the best out there if u need a tree removed call them!

I was very happy with my tree trimming, they did a great job.

Response was quick. Excellent work by Joaquin and his crew. Price was a little above average but the irrigation leak was given a shutoff valve fix, just above the leak, for later multi-valve replacement by me. Both my neighbor and I were satisfied.

Joaquin is very nice and showed up/called when he said he would. However, he started work without giving me a written estimate and while I did verbally authorize him to do extra work he never gave me a quote up front so I was surprised at the overall cost. He put in a lot of putting in a new and improved drip line and repaired 3 pipes that were damaged by a tree removal contractor but it would have been nice to have a clear, written estimate before work began.

Professional team and fast. We didn't think they could get through the whole job but everything came of without a hitch. You've got a great service

Joaquin was very efficient, accommodating and reasonably priced. He did all he could to rectify our sprinkler issues and resolved the problems with minimal rework on a very old system.

Sprinkler repair was excellent. Hard working and professional team. They were very knowledgable and helpful with practical planting tips for out new home.

Joaquin was quick to return my call, came out that day to estimate the replacement of a lawn sprinkler valve, and arranged a time the next day to do the job. His worker arrived early and got to work. He finished the job, leaving the area clean. The valve is working perfectly. I will recommend Tree Whisperer to anyone
