Just fine. The price was a little more than others have charged, but we were just glad to have it all done.

The guys were prompt, professional, courteous, and did a great, quality job. They spoke with me about what they did when they were done, they were conscientious walking around my home in only their socks, and they indulged me by listening to my silly pet stories. I can't wait to recommend them to my condo complex!

I had a very positive experience with the guys at Elite Windows. Setting up an appointment was easy and well organized. They called the day before to confirm the appointment, which I appreciated. The guys showed up on time, inspected my windows and gave me a straight forward quote. They then proceeded to work for 4hrs straight. They were very respectful of my home and property and easy to talk to. My windows look fantastic, couldn't be more happy!

Not great. I paid $100 more to do a couple more windows. Took a total of 2 hours. After hearing that I was not pleased, they came back and recleaned a few windows.

It was a tough job but they came back to make it right.

Windows are scratched from their attempt to remove spots. They must have used a really sharp tool to do so. I have not yet called them but will do so tomorrow. Not at all happy with that part of the service.

Making an appointment was easy and Mark was here even a little early. The $99 special turned out to cost another $200 based on the way windows are counted. I completely understand that it is much more labor intensive when windows or French doors have several panes. We were given the option to just do the outside but chose to do it all. The work is professional, careful and first quality. And, if within a week there is anything they missed, they will come back at no charge. Not the least expensive available, but you get what you pay for.

They did a good job. They arrived on time (actually early) and were very efficient. The only hiccup is that they forgot to clean 2 screens on the side of the house. The screens had been removed and placed against the house, but were then forgotten about. I didn't realize this oversight a few hours after they had left.

They did an excellent job and our windows are sparkling! We are very happy with their service and will use them again for sure. They are now our go-to window cleaner.

They both emailed and phoned to make sure an appointment could be scheduled which was great, their schedule was workable with mine, they showed up exactly when they said they would and did a fabulous job.

Excellently!! I have a Home Office and was concerned that most of my working equipment would have to be moved. John, the service provider, was able to figure out how to immaculately clean the windows, in an expedient manner, without moving and disconnecting vital equipment.

They were great and quick. Finished in an hour.
