The job went very smooth and finished in a timely manner. This was a job no one wanted to do because of the culture marble and the difficulty of removing the two sinks. Alberto knew the difficulty and manage to remove the sinks without any damage to the marble top. The water fixtures were very difficult to remove because of the age and the corrosive nuts. Again he was able to remove without any problem. This was huge because we didn't have to buy a brand new banjo marble top!!!! He installed the new sinks and fixtures and it looks beautiful! He also removed the bathroom fixture in master bathroom and installed new fixtures. I had purchase these years ago and hadn't gotten around to installing them. We also had a leak under kitchen sink that he fixed and replace a broken pipe. He was pleasure to have in our house and was very responsive to our schedule. I look forward to using his service again!

Excellent job. He presented receipts for the materials and then charged a labor rate. All within what I expected to pay. I would have liked to post some photos.

It went great. Mr. Cosentino responded very quickly and got the information needed to meet with our cusotmer. He scheduled a time with them and completed the repairs. I didn't have to do a thing. He handled it with courtesy, professionalism.

Installations all went flawlessly. He measured 3 times and cut once. If he cut too fast into the wall where I wanted the safe, we would have had a lot of drywall repair work to do, as the space between the studs was too small. So he measured where it would fit, and cut. Exactly what I needed.

We have been desperately searching for someone to help us with various projects around the house. We have been looking for someone who is responsive, does excellent work, clean, and responsible. Mr. Cosentino came by on time to give us an estimate on the faucet repair, and an estimate on building a storage unit in the yard. He was prompt, professional, charming, knowledgeable, and very honest. He advised us against the storage unit at this time, with good reason, and was able to replace the leaking faucet while we discussed remodeling the kitchen and bath. This was an extremely pleasant experience.

The work was performed in San Carlos. He mounted a water filter under the sink & fixed the outside lights

I just moved into a new house, and had a variety of small jobs that needed to be done, including some electrical work, some plumbing work, and some handyman jobs. I called Cosentino's based on Angie's list ratings, and was very glad I did. I called him on a Wednesday, he came to look at things on Thursday, and spent all day Friday doing everything. His work was topnotch, and I would definitely hire him again.

Alberto is very professional. He usually does big remodels but was happy to help us with our odds and ends. We had gotten other bids on the fence alone that were twice as much as Alberto charged us for everything . I had two other contractors look at the wood floor repair and they wouldn't even attempt to fix it. They both wanted to replace the whole floor. Each of the jobs we had to do were challenging in their own way, The fence had to be installed at tricky angles as it slopes with our drive and walkway. The original anchor post was very poorly installed and had to be replaced with one driven into the ground in a very tight spot. The wood floor was very unsightly and the damage was right at the front door so the fix could have easily involved the door sill and the railing at the top of our stairwell. Alberto came up with and innovative inexpensive fix and the floor looks beautiful. The window sill is in an awkward place to work. Alberto opened up the window and checked inside the wall to make sure no structural damage was present. He made sure it was sealed inside as well as outside the house. Mr. Cosentino's work is high quality. He will work with you to achieve exactly what you want at a very reasonable price. He will work around your schedule and get the job done in a timely manner. I will definitely hire him again.

Called on Sunday and he called back and scheduled to come to SF in the evening of the 29th since he was going to be out of town on a remodel job. Very personable, fast and knew what he was doing. No problems, would use him again without a doubt.

Alberto was very professional and did excellent work. He was meticulous in his work. He came out on a Saturday when the refrigerator was being delivered and spent most of the day raising the bottom of the kitchen cabinet so we could fit the new refrigerator in. The cabinets had been refaced by another contractor (who did a terrible job), so this was not an easy fix. Alberto also fixed our plumbing for the water line to the refrigerator which was not to code. There was a fast an easy fix, but Alberto took the time to do the job correctly and we now have a shut off valve for our supply line. Alberto was very flexible in scheduling. He called me back quickly in order to schedule and was very flexible about timing since we didn't know when the refrigerator would show up. We have been desperately searching for someone to help us with various projects around the house. We have been looking for someone who is responsive, does excellent work, clean, and responsible. We finally found what we were looking for in Alberto! We are already discussing our next project with him.

Alberto, was very prompt and flexible to work with our crazy work hours. He did a fabulous job and will definitely work with him in the future and refer him to others.

I called Mr. Cosentino mid day regarding a very leaky outside water faucet, another faucet missing a part, and a door on an electrical box, which needed repair. He was able to stop by about an hour later to assess my problems. He left to go and purchase needed items, then he returned to make repairs and by 3:00 p.m. the work was done. Mr. Consentino is very professional. He exceeded my expectations by getting the work done so quickly, and I am very pleased with the quality of his work. I would definitely call him again for future projects.

The job went very well. We reviewed the repairs we wanted completed with Alberto, he then checked to see what parts he had available and what he had to purchase (he provided a receipt for all items purchased), and then he completed all of the repairs, reviewing each of them after he was done.

I contacted Alberto on Monday 4/4 to set up an estimate. He responded very quickly and set up an appointment for Wednesday 4/6 morning. He spent a lot of time to understand what I wanted in terms of repairs, and he carefully checked the paint cans I had to figure out if he needed to buy any new colors or if I already had it all. He estimated the job would take 1-2 hours. On Thursday 4/7 Alberto called to let me know he had all the materials on hand, and he came to do the work on Friday afternoon. We had scheduled it for 4:30, but he showed up a little late (~45 mins), but it didn't cause any problems for my evening. Alberto took about 3 hours to finish the work. Again, he was careful with the paint colors, noting when he had picked the wrong color and going back into the garage to look for the right one. The total ended up being 3.5 hours of labor (I assume the extra 30 mins was for his time tracking down materials) plus materials = $315. He left all of the work areas very clean, and all of his work looks really good. I would definitely call Alberto in again for this kind of work.

Alberto was very responsive and finished all the work very quickly. He offered to pick up my appliance at the store and deliver it to my house and install it. He is prompt, professional, and neat. He left all work spaces clean. I am going to definitely use his services again and would highly recommend him.

Alberto did an excellent, professional, neat job, showed up on time, phoned ahead to tell me he was on the way, treated my suggestions with respect, was obviously up on code requirements and professional skills. He concentrated on the job and didn't work with one eye on the clock. He even found a few minutes the next day to stop by and finish one task.

These were business related repairs and it was a comfort that not only did he respond expediantly but he is someone you don't feel uncomfortable sending to a customers home. He is professional, reasonably priced, fast and courteous. We use him for all our repair needs

Alberto was great. He contacted me very promptly after receiving my e-mail through Angie's List; he came by that night to check things out; and then showed up promptly to do the work two days later, which was the agreed upon schedule. Instead of doing what I had thought was needed (rebuild the cabinet to shorten it), he thought outside the box and came up with a solution that would be less costly and would, at the same time, work better for me because I wouldn't lose any cabinet storage space. He did a fantastic job. The cabinet is back up on the wall, looking as though nothing happened and there are two inches of additional space that I needed for the refrigerator. In addition, while he was at my home, I asked him to do a several little things for me (installed a new ceiling fixture, among other things), which he gladly did and I don't think he even bothered to charge me for that work. Before he left, I showed him my shower, which needs new caulking or grout along the bottom. He had some suggestions as to how that could be taken care of. I'm definitely going to use Alberto again when I get ready to taking care of that issue and some others. I highly, highly recommend him. Don't be worried about asking him to help on small jobs. I understand he can handle big remodel projects, but he's willing to help on the small things as well. Besides . . . he's a really nice guy. You'll like him.
