+ -1 moreJason showed up on time and cleaned 1300sq ft of carpet and also put on a stain protector which was an additional charge (he did give me a discount on the stain protector). It took him about 2 hours to clean and apply the stain protector to the carpets. In general the carpet was clean. I did notice that the carpet closest to the threshold of the garage entry was still dirty. I thought this was on the pricey side.
Description of Work: Cleaning of about 1300sq ft of carpet. No furniture in house. Cleaned before move in to house.

Description of Work: My 5'X7 area rug was needing to cleaned, and I got a recomendation from Abby Carpets and Flooring in Auburn, for Stain Busters. I called, they came and picked up the rug, and returned it in about 2 weeks. It was very damp and smelled very bad, both from the dog vomit and was musty from being wet for a long time. I called they came back out, and the owners son said it "may be damp" because it was being stored in a "damp warehouse" although he did not agree the rug was damp. And he didn't smell anything bad. But he took it back for a re-cleaning. It arrived back again a week later, still a little damp and smelling bad enouch that weh you walk in the house you could smell "damp, mustiness". I called again, and the owner said he would call in a day or 2 and they would come get it again. That was 3 days ago, and I have not heard from them. 6/2011 The rug was returned- damp and still smelling enough that I can't have it in the house- They said they couldn't clean it...

+ -1 moreThey are very professional, they are on time and very prompt. The guys that have come they are very nice and personable. They do the job well and do it quickly. They are reasonably priced. We will be using them again.

+ -1 moreThe representative was very professional. He arrived within fifteen minutes of his stated time, and was finished in about two hours. He pretreated a spot that keeps coming back. He told us that at least part of the reason it keeps coming back is because we tried to clean it with a product that keeps attracting dirt over time. He recommended using vinegar and water, which we have been told before. I can't tell that the spot is still not gone. He finished in about two hours. He said it would take four to eight hours before the carpet dried but it took longer than that in some spots. We did not move furniture back till the next day.
Description of Work: They cleaned three rooms in my house and applied a stain protector to the carpet (which is reflected in the cost above).

+ -1 moreTHEY CHARGE ME $32 DOLLARS PER ROOM AND I FEEL THAT IS FAIRLY REASONABLE. I HAVE BEEN LIVING IN THIS HOME FOR ABOUT 14 YEARS. ALTHOUGH THIS COMPANY IS NOT ALWAYS ON TIME, I WOULD NOT GO THROUGH ANY OTHER COMPANY TO CLEAN MY CARPETS.
