Austin, the owner is great to work with! He is professional and goes above and beyond to make sure we felt heard and all our questions were answered. The crew is amazing!! This company is the best! I come from a large family of contractors in various trades and I can say that this company will be around for a long time because of their professionalism, customer service and quality of work!! They will do all our work!

Professional and courteous crew. Turned up on time and kept us appraised of progress. Left the site looking neat and clean. The project was: Remove 20+ years' growth of ivy including all the roots; and apply a layer of bark over a medium-sized front yard. I'd recommend them.

Work was done on time and very professional. Did an expert job of cleanup. Also did extra small tasks. Very satisfied.

When I called other companies regarding my project and left a message with a name and phone number no one called back except Austin. And he did so promptly. Maybe the other companies don't need the work but this is not the way to run a business. At least call back and tell me you don't want the job. Austin arrived at our home in Scotts Valley soon thereafter and gave us a bid on our grading, French drains and retaining wall. The work was completed to our requirements and cleanup was performed after the project was done. Not cheap but you get what you pay for. We will be hiring him again next year for a driveway project.

Austin Perkins really went well above and beyond for is and our driveway project. He always gave us options and asked for input at every stage to make sure we were getting what we wanted, and he was extraordinarily flexible with us. Hired to do a patio extension. Gave good advice and was professional, friendly, and communicative. Not cheap, but gave incredibly good quality for the price paid (and actually came in slightly under budget). Very glad I chose to work with Austin and his team and look forward to working with them again on future projects.

Austin is a friendly, approachable and open professional He and his crew are very punctual and they definitely know what they are doing. The entire crew has a great work ethic and my wife and I could not be happier with the drainage project he completed for us. Austin delivered the job and did everything we agreed on plus more for exactly the price we contracted for. No games with the money, which I appreciated. In addition he cheerfully answered all of my annoying questions honestly and openly and helped us decide how the job should be done. I would recommend him highly for your project. Austin Perkins, the young owner of this company, was a pleasure to work this concrete/filled in a hole where my inground pool had been removed. Austin is a very passionate small business owner, and the comradary among his team with him on this job showed me he is also a great boss. I rated Austin and his crew as a 5 Stars for four reasons. 1) They were ultra polite/courteous/and on time. 2) They were very very easy to work with. I had about 20 change orders that we implemented over the course of the project and they were all accommodated with smiles and within budget. These guys were adaptable and really listened to what the vision of the project was. 3) Their cost was transparent and fair. 4) The quality of their work exceeded my expectations. I will definitely hire them back for future projects.

His crew did a great job of laying out the foundation, and leveling and finishing the slab. We are very pleased and would highly recommend him.

I was very happy with the customer service and attention to detail. Austin (owner) was very responsive when we inquired for a bid and kept me informed through out our project. They were on time, on budget and handled all of the interactions with Santa Cruz County inspectors. Overall I'd recommend them to any one needing an engineering contractor.
