The work done was pretty expensive. The work turned out quite well. I am very pleased with what they did. There were some problems with the bills when the subcontractor submitted the bill, which was automatically submitted to me. It was $1000 higher than what we had agreed upon. I think it was a misunderstanding with the subcontractor. People who don?t go through the bills carefully might not have noticed the problem. However, I don?t think I can blame McKenna for it. The crew that had come out was great. They were very respectful and did the work. They seemed to be extremely competent. They came out when they said they would. They worked quite hard too. They did what appears to be an excellent job.
Description of Work: I used the services of McKenna Landscape about two months ago for grading repair, grading around the house, re-grading and for installing a French drain. They completely re-graded and made a 175 foot driveway. They re-graded a part around the house which hadn’t been graded correctly when it was initially installed. They re-graded the way from the house. They installed some paths with some extensive water systems. They also installed a double sided French drain.
