David is AMAZING! First he was super flexible and was able to come by the same day on his way home from another job. Then he arrived on-time and got right to work. Best of all for us he was able to do even MORE of the work we originally requested because: 1. He LISTENED to our questions (a truly RARE gift! ;- ) 2. He's clearly VERY knowledgeable and was able to assess the situation and SIMPLIFY the solution (vs. the complicated hoopla our ISP suggested ;- ) By the time he was done, in a very short order, we had our new Tivo Bolt and Mini up and running in two rooms and knew what we need to add in order to be able to use all 3 of the jacks in the condo for internet... (the best part is that he explained everything patiently, repeated bits as needed and was NEVER condescending... another rarity!! ;- ) On top of all that he was friendly with us and kind to our dog. In a word: AMAZING!!!

Corrected Comcast mistakes effecting doorbells and intercom system. Comcast weekend contractor told me to buy new phone system which cost me $160.00. It wasn't necessary.
