I think cost-wise they were pretty average. The people that came out were very nice. When they installed the dishwasher for me and it was sticking out about 2 inches, I told them that it shouldn't be sticking out that far. They told me that was how all of them were. They tried to push it back further and it wouldn't go. After they tried for a while, I let them go. Once they had left, I went in and undid the 2 screws and pushed it back where it should be and I put the screws back in. That was their attitude. Once they did something, they had done it right even though it seemed like they weren't willing to really check it. As far as experience with other contractors, they were in the B range. Price-wise, they were about average of everybody's. They were in the B range for quality. Their responsiveness was really good. There were a couple of days they said they would be out, but they didn't come out. They were pretty professional.
