Description of Work: We have a house up for sale that is full of shutter that needed repairs...staples out, blades hanging, etc. They understand our timing and respond to it. I've known Joel for years and he is awesome.

Description of Work: gave us an honest estimate and sound advice concerning the reasons for NOT putting shutters up that would have obstructed our view of the pacific ocean. He could have kept quiet and just go ahead with a sale. That sort of honesty is not always easy to come by. Yes, should we ever decide to do other parts of our home, he'd be the guy. We highly recommend him!!

Description of Work: We needed to repair some shutter panels which were damaged by sun, wind and moisture. Thrifty Shutters sent Tom out to us immediately and he was prompt, professional and friendly. He also gave me some ideas to save money by just replacing some louvres instead repaint the whole panel. He also repaired a broken staple for free.The repair was completed sooner than he estimated and he reinstalled them very quickly like a pro. We're very happy with the whole process and would recommend them to friends and family.
