Overall, it went well. But the mice found their way back in and I couldn't get the exterminator to come back out (He apparently was fired)

Overall the process went very well. Workers arrived as scheduled. Performed necessary tasks and after specified duration removed the tarp (job finished).

The front office was excellent in setting an initial appointment and then adjusting the service date to our changing needs. Stan the technician was outstanding. In all ways, he was professional and expert. we would strongly recommend them to anyone.

No one called me back or responded to my email.

They came out, and I felt uncomfortable, so I called Angie’s List for a refund.

Termigone did a great job. I had termites and now I don't. They needed to come twice as my house is large, and I could tell they did a very thorough job. I used an Angie's list coupon and then paid a little more for the extra square footage. I feel the price was very reasonable.

This was a no hassle sevice from start to finish. The representative performed an assessment of the property size, discussed the need for an additional check as the square footage exceeded the limit stated in the deal, and came to a fair final cost of the work to be completed. The following week, two crew members came to the hme and made holes within the main joists of the home and infused the compound using a compressor over the course of a few hours. They patched the holes and then departed. This was a no hassle service and I may use them again.

They were very prompt, calling every 3 months to schedule the next quarter's service.

I was really happy with the work. He was very quick, came on time and did all the right things.

Stan Jr., from TermiGone Exterminators Inc., arrived promptly. He inspected my home for termite problems and showed me exactly where the problems were. He treated all the areas. He was professional, efficient, and a really nice guy. He gave me suggestions for the future in protecting my home from termites. I will definitely use his services again. Overall, it was a pleasant experience to work with him.

It was an excellent experience. About a month later, we noticed more termites in our garage, and they came out again and checked it out and re-sprayed. No problems since. They were very professional and did an excellent job. We got our money's worth; however, we paid half price through Anglies List Big Deal.

Been satisfied to date, no complaints.

Termigone came out twice, once for issues inside the house, then the next for a black widow infestation. Loved their work, very professional, would call them again.

Stan was very nice and professional and came out and provided an estimate on a timely fashion. On the day we had scheduled the treatment, two guys came out (on-time) the first day. The second guy left halfway during the job to go pick up someone at the airport and did not return. The job was originally scheduled to take a day and extended beyond that. Since they were short staffed and could not complete the job as originally discussed, they came back the next day on Sunday (basically tying up our entire weekend). I still need them to come back again as I can see sections they never ended up drilling. It's easy to see because they patch the stucco after they drill and spray the chemicals. My paint wasn't a very good color match either, so it's very apparent where they drilled and where they didn't. The company did give me $100 credit because the job took longer than promised. Although originally, it made me feel a bit better, I didn't know I'd have to schedule them to come back once again... Stan did set the return appointment up, but it was raining and the company cancelled. I haven't heard back from them yet, so I'll have to call back and make sure I set-up the follow up appointment. Also, There was a billing issue as well where they charged me the full contracted price on my credit card without realizing that the Angie's list coupon I purchased needed to be deducted first. They took care of crediting back the $985 they overcharged, but it was irritating to have to deal with that part nonetheless. I do have to say they are a good bunch of people, so although I came across the issues mentioned, they have always been willing to take care of it!

They did a thorough inspection poking every area of the house and caught a termite damage fascia that the other 2 termite companies missed. They were punctual, efficient and did an excellent job in replacing and filling the termite-damage wood.

They have been very prompt and professional. They show up precisely at the appointment time. Their treatment is very effective. I would highly recommend them. UPDATE: 10/07/13. I purchased the quarterly "Big Deal." They arranged the first two visits on schedule. After that, I had to chase them down for the third treatment and they have not followed up for the fourth treatment. If I don't stay on top of it, we would never get what we paid for. Their treatment IS very effective, but they need a better system of followup without the customer having to chase them. For that reason, I am changing my review from an "A" to a "C".

Overall Termigone did what I hired them to do.

I contacted them right after purchasing the Big Deal by phone and by email and again later on. They just have voicemail set up and they haven’t returned my calls.

These guys are great. Professional and discreet. The one year guarantee has been a boon, too. For a single price, they have been out several times to check traps and all the access areas they blocked off. When we had our trees trimmed, they came out again, identified another spot and closed it off. The rodents returned once, but TermiGone came back out (no additional charge), checked everything, reinforced one of the blocked access points and that's taken care of it.

They came to do an inspection and did not do the work. They advised me to get a refund for the big deal. I was very happy with them and they were through.

I couldn't really tell if what he did was effective. He was only here for about 10 minutes and was gone. The spiders are still coming out.

I like everything about them. They were very professional and did beautiful work. I've used them before for pest control and that's why I had them come out again.

Fine. So far I haven't seen any evidence of termites.

No call back. I fell that this in unacceptable. Poor customer service.
